“fire alarm testing and on during all the 3 day stay. I ask for a late checkout for all tje inconvenience this brought to us and all they gave us was 1 add hour. . Fire alarm defective and sounded several times at 3 am... then requeste to leace hotel... false alarm.. during the day before they were running alarm trst alll day. the day after alarm tests.... staff at the counter very rude.”

“This is a residential building turned hotel, don’t expect the vacation resort vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive. 409 room is two queen bed with balcony and view to another building and the street. It has a defective bathroom which leaks water outside while using the shower. On site restaurant is ok closes early. This is a valet only hotel, no onsite parking but you can either request a free ride within 2 mile radius which was convenient or request your vehicle, they are very expedious...
