"Greeted at the door with snacks and a drink. Friendly staff. Very nice size room for five in our family. Reception in the evening with beverages, nachos, and veggies. The breakfast options were way beyond the normal hotel foods. We will definitely stay here when we cruise out of Miami again."

"We had an amazing stay at Lowe’s. The hotel has a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. One small disappointment was the lack of complimentary water at the concierge or front desk. After a long walk, I needed water and had to go to Walgreens to buy some. It was not a major issue, but it would be a thoughtful touch for guests. The pool was clean, well maintained, and very nice. However, closing at 7 p.m. feels a bit early; extending the hours until 8 p.m. would be appreciated. I also arrived at 7 a.m., but the pool was not open yet, so that may be worth monitoring"
