The photos on the website and the actual room are totally different. our room had not been updated at all, it looks like it was renovated in the 90's and has never been taken care of. There is dirt in every corner, no place to hang the towels in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall as soon as I pulled on the roll of paper, and the floor of the bathtub looked dirty. The bed felt like a board and creaked. The bed was on a bed frame without a bed skirt and there was no bedcover other than a questionable fuzzy blanket. I'm not even going to get started on the "living room" and kitchen, everything was disgusting. We arrived late in the evening and had no choice but to stay there, but the next morning we went down to the office to let them know we were disappointed with the condition of the room and stated that the pictures on their site did not match what they were offering. The woman at the office said it's ok, she would not charge us the resort fee and kept the keys and said we would need to contact Expedia for a refund of the other three days we had booked. Expedia said they were sorry about our bad experience, contacted the property and the person at the desk said that we had not made a complaint! Therefore they would not refund us our money! DO NOT BOOK AT THIS LOCATION AND BEWARE OF LISTINGS ON EXPEDIA, THEY AREN'T WHAT THEY SEEM! DON'T EXPECT REFUNDS EITHER!
