The place was only 250 metres from my ETC training. I did not have to rent a car. The area was very safe. The street however has some decaying not well maintained houses. Abandoned land just across.

โReally enjoyed staying here. Apartment was clean, spacious (high ceilings), very modern kitchen (I opted not to cook, but all amenities are there - half refrigerator, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, utensils - also small dining table), bed was comfortable, desk/room to work and sofa. My room was filthy, garbage full from prior guest. Beds not made, hair and other dirt on sheets.
Left a can of spray for bedbugs on the table, so I got totally concerned.
The receptionist is 300 meters up the street and his only English is to collect the fee for the room. This place should be shut down.

โWe booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers.
