Unforgettable hotel in a good way
Nice and neat and modern hotel. Me and my husband love this place and staffs. It is located near by Fontana station and supermarket and farmacias and some beautiful old buildings. I'll visit in Spain later then stay here again, too.

컴팩트하지만 매우 편리한 아파트호텔, 참 좋습니다
시내인 카탈로냐 광장까지는 걸어서 30분 정도 걸리는데 주변이 상점가라서 한두번은 걸을만 합니다. 지하철 L3 라인을 이용하면 카탈루냐 역에서 세 정거장이라 시내 접근성도 좋습니다. 방에는 주방시설이 갖춰져 있는데 컴팩트하지만 참 효율적으로 기구들이 마련되어 있습니다. 그리고 직원들의 친절함, 청소상태 등 전반적으로 좋았습니다. 따라서 여러모로 만족스러웠습니다.

좋은 숙소예요
너무 좋았습니다 이번 여행 첫 숙소였는데 꽤 늦은 시간 도착인데 리셉션에서 완전히 준비를 갖추고 기다리고 계시더군요 친절하게 맞아주셨구요 이른 체크아웃도 잘 해주셨습니다 방은 깨끗하고 아파트형이라 주방이 갖춰저 있었는데 생각보다 잘 활용했습니다 제일 좋았던건 방에 발 마사지 기계가 있어서요 잠자기 전에 이용하니까 참 좋았어요 다만 방 창문이 내부로 나 있어서 내부 스텝들이나 이용객들 움직이는 소리가 너무 잘 들렸구요 관광지랑 약간 거리가 있어서 교통편은 잘 연결되었지만 조금 아쉬웠어요

모든게 완벽한 숙소
처음 배정받은 방은 창문이 외부가 아닌 중앙정원으로 나있어서 답답했다. 다음날 요청하니 새 방으로 배정해주었는데 모든게 완벽했다. 모던하고 넓고 깨끗한 방. 호텔 위치도 그라시아에서 걸어서 10분이라 매우 만족. 메트로와 24번 버스 등도 숙소 바로 앞.

The staff was friendly but inadvertently gave us a key to someone’s else room at check in. You leave your key at reception each time you leave hotel. The bathroom upon check in could have been cleaner as there was a small stain on toilet. The room did have a kitchenette which was a nice feature. The hotel is only about a block from metro which made it convenient to get around the city. Overall I would consider staying here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Aparthotel Silver. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful. My room was adjacent to a terrace with a wonderful view. The full kitchen made my stay very convenient. I was traveling with a mobility scooter which, unfortunately, would not fit into the small elevator on the property, but the staff made accommodations in the adjacent garage that made it possible for me to use it. The Gracia neighborhood is wonderful with a major subway station just minutes away and easy bus transportation, many restaurants and shops. I would certainly like to stay here again if coming to Barcelona.

バルセロナ観光の為に約1ヶ月ほど滞在しました。ロケーションはCasa・Vicensのすぐそば、地下鉄L3のFontana駅からも近く、観光に大変便利でした。 フロントが24時間対応で、セキュリティーの面で安心感があり、またスタッフ皆さんの対応がとてもよく、気持ちよく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。 部屋は使いやすく、キッチンの備品も充分でした。 ただ、隣室や廊下の音が気になることがあったのが残念でした。

I'll start off by saying the staff are excellent and this is not on them. They were very helpful. Unfortunately the building and room were in rough shape. Not very clean in the washroom. The room was tiny, and not really usable, it made us claustrophobic. Worse, you can literally hear conversations through the walls, and the ventilation does the Opposite of what the thermostat says, literally heating instead of cooling. It was a nightmate.

Dear Nial, thank you very much for your opinion and for valuing the staff. I have reviewed every point of your opinion. During your stay the air conditioning is not yet on, only the heating is working, when you turned on the thermostat you were giving hot air, (If you had asked here, we would have explained it to you). I don't see any complaints about cleaning during your stay, it is something that can be checked and solved immediately. The size of the room is European, we are not in America, anyway, we have larger junior rooms. I am sorry that the hotel didn't met your expectations, Have a nice day, Sandra Benedito, Manager

We had a window to inside indoor courtyard. It was very noisy, we could hear all our neighbors. Breakfast is very limited selection. There was no Buffett but served to your table and there is no option for you to choose. Stayed for 3 nights and exact same breakfast. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

The property is well maintained, the room is large, the bed is big and the mattress is firm ( very comfortable to sleep on), the cooking facility is good and a foldaway dining table plus a writing desk are provided in addition to a sofa. The bathroom is big and clean. The wi-fi is fast. The location is excellent - quiet side street. Fontana metro station (which is on the Green line and only a couple of stations away from the city centre) and bus stations are only 100 metres away. Nearby are restaurants, a bakery and a convenience store. Above all, the staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful.

Great location but a little too warm.
I have stayed there multiple times in the past two years. It is always clean with a very friendly staff. This time the room was quite warm making it difficult to sleep. The front desk said it was because the AC system had been shut down for the season. Not a good idea as the customer should be able to control it to their own comfort level. Especially when it warms up substantially during the day. I did turn on the fan but it only improved the situation a bit.

This last week, we turned the air conditioner off and on several times, since it is a time when there are customers who are cold and others who are hot. The outside temperature has been between 14 and 19º and in Spain it is not air conditioning season. I understand that since you are American, your customs are different. I'm sorry for the inconvenience you've had, but I hope you'll come back and next time, it's better to book an outdoor or garden comfort room, the budget rooms are warmer. Fantastic!
This was a great hotel! I spent a whole week here every comfortably. The room had everything I need, and it was clean and modern and well managed. Although I was facing the street, the room was also very quiet and didn’t get very much street noise, however, I could hear my neighbours occasionally. That being said, the friendly staff and the good location means I would happily stay here again.

Location was not ideal and hard to access, breakfast was limited and opened late. Room housekeeping was not efficient and did not provide water and facial tissues in the room.

I am afraid you didn't like the location as we are placed in one of the most searched area of the city beside one of the metro stations where you can reach everywhere in the city! We have a filtered water machine in the hall for free and 24 hours staff at the reception desk who you can ask for anything you need. Breakfast is served from 08:00-10:30 in the bar or garden where you can stay there longer if you wish. We look forward to host you here in the future to fullfil your expecations. Best regards

Great place to stay in Barcelona. Has a metro station right next to it. People at reception are really nice and helpful. Gaudis first home is a block away. Clean rooms, good Wi-Fi. Only detail is walls are a bit thin and you can hear the other room. Would book again!
