hotel was very clean and in a good location to get around Barcelona. a special mention to Osvaldo on reception for being extremely helpful when i had left my phone in a taxi which resulted in the driver stealing it please be very careful in the taxi's in and around barcelona although the majority seemed trustworthy, this particular one was not !! all in all the stay at the hotel was very good and would defintley recommend thanks again Osvaldo

Lovely hotel in a great area very easy to navigate around from here. We had room for 3 people which was good size, very small fridge in room and kettle had to be moved around to be plugged in. We had breakfast only once then chose to visit local cafes I thought the breakfast was expensive. Staff were lovely and helpful small gym and plunge pool. Would stay again

Our stay was well worth the money. The location was excellent—safe, convenient, and made it easy to explore the area on foot or by public transportation. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or any questions we had. The amenities were great, especially the pool, which was a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We stayed in a suite, and having a separate living space made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. One thing that really stood out for me was the air conditioning. During the hot weather, it worked exceptionally well, which made a huge difference in getting a good night's sleep and coming back to a cool, comfortable room after being out all day. Overall, this hotel offered a great combination of value, comfort, accessibility, and service. I would stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location.

Hotel confortável, muito bem localizado, preço super honesto. Quarto amplo e confortável, único porém é o chuveiro que molha o banheiro todo. O ar condicionado poderia estar mais forte, mas estava muito calor em Barcelona, então tem que dar um desconto. Equipe prestativa e educada. O estacionamento fica a duas quadras e não tem valet, então dá um pouco de trabalho com a bagagem. Mas isso é o de menos, o hotel é ótimo.

Die Lage ist gut, relativ zentral aber nicht überlaufen. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein solider Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Service. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Bettlaken waren sehr faltig. Wir mussten diese jeden Abend selbst glatt ziehen, da der Stoff sonst unangenehm störte.

The best things about this hotel were Oscuado at the front desk and the cleaning staff. Oscuado was very personable and helpful whenever we saw him and went out of this way to make my husband coffee, which was very sweet. The cleaning people were always upbeat and went out of their way to ask if we needed anything Here were the problems. We spent one whole morning and into the evening with no hot water at all and no notification from anyone as to the fact that it went away or when it would be coming back. The bathtub stopper never worked and even though the woman at the front desk said she would come up and check it she never did. The waste basket in the bathroom was broken, the beds were not very comfortable and it was impossible to get the front desk on the phone whenever you called. All in all, we would not stay there again

初めて利用しました。立地はバルセロナ市街地にあり、とても便利でした。バルセロナ・エル・プラット空港からは車で30分くらいでした。 スタッフは男性の方と女性の方がいましたが、とても親切でした。 客室はある程度広かったですし、清潔だったのですが、エレベーターの動きはあまり機敏とは言えませんでした。部屋に備え付けの冷蔵庫に入っているドリンクは有料です。コーヒーはインスタントでした。個人的にはバスタブがあったのが良かったです。 朝食ビュッフェは、さほど種類が多くなく、かなりシンプルでした。

La struttura è in una zona centrale, ideale per muoversi a piedi verso le attrazioni più importanti di Barcellona. Ad ogni modo, vi sono nelle vicinanze anche diverse fermate bus/metro. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale, parlano perfettamente molte lingue, tra cui anche l’italiano. La colazione a buffet è davvero ottima e varia, è possibile mangiare sia dolce che salato, tipico e non e l’orario è esteso fino a tarda mattinata. Camere spaziose e moderne, ma necessiterebbero di un occhio di riguardo in più per quanto riguarda la pulizia nei minimi dettagli (salviette vengono cambiate ogni giorno!) e l’insonorizzazione, mi duole dirlo, è pessima. Nel complesso è davvero una buona struttura che consiglierei! ☺️
