Everything about the room was great. The instructions are the outer door could be better. Some other guests had issues understanding the email, especially when images didn’t load. As a result some guests continuously pressed the door ringer at 4 am on our last night.

Perfect location, off Diagonal L3 stop. Beautiful building and the balcony has some of the best views of Barcelona. Communication wasn’t great - we messaged a couple of times and never heard back, and was surprised to find that the kitchen didn’t have many essentials (coffee pods for the espresso machine, salt and pepper etc). Some of the cook ware could use replacement (eg the very worn out plastic cutting boards). All in all, would stay here again and just come with some of the missing items.

The property has a very Good location, but needs maintanance. TV did not work, door of one bathroom broken… i don’t think Apartments should be advertised as hotels or apart hotels. I was expecting something different.

The overall apartment was good for a short stay and location was great. However some parts of the rooms were not working well such as the bathroom door in the hallway did not close or lock which was an inconvenience. Also the bedroom and living room which had the sofa bed windows did not have blackout curtains and the shutters did not work so was difficult to sleep because of early sunlight. Most of the doors had issues either to close or open. The check in process took sometime to understand so was not user friendly.

Not too bad.

Good location, just next to diagonal metro station. House was well equipped but slightly dated, need some touch up/reno. Overall, a satisfactory stay.

The location of the property was great. It was located near restaurants and shopping. The property would have been better if the bathrooms were cleaner and if the bed did not sink to the middle. A little upgrade to the property would have made it much better.

Fantastic place

We loved this place! Everything is so close and the restaurant on this same building is delicious! Apartment was clean and organized when given to us and it was comfortable too. The only thing was that we were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper so we had to buy some at a local store, they were not expensive. Besides that everything was fantastic and I'll go back to this place. Terrace will leave you speechless!

The best view of Barcelona from the 10 floor. You can see most of the noteworthy architectural masterpieces from this unit itself. No need to pay to visit the Pedrera building as you overlook the rooftop from your balcony and it's close enough to enjoy their weekend evening concerts without leaving your room. Overall this was a great beginning to an even greater trip.

This was an amazing apartment hotel stay. We stayed at the 1 bedroom penthouse and it gave us an incredible view of Barcelona. We couldn't have dreamed of a more romantic honeymoon apartment. The bed was comfortable, the shower was large, the balcony was huge, the kitchen had everything we needed. It was so fun to sip some cava at night while seeing the light show at the Pedrera across the street. The staff was very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance and there's a metro just steps away. We will 100% be staying here again the next time we go to Barcelona.

We stayed in one bed room apt. Who recieved us was very kind. Only thing not good was cleaning. As surprise you have to pay 50 euros for cleaning so if you pay ir, the price is same to other 4 stars or 5 stars hotel which clean your room every day.

Best view of the city, you see Casa Mila and Sagrada Familia across from your balcony. Casa Mila has a lights show at night which you can enjoy without living the apartment. Apartment is also located on the most posh shopping street and next to really good restaurants. The drawbacks is that the it is very loud and it is hard to sleep at night (master bedroom faces some type of pipe that makes banging noises at night and glass sliding doors in the living room across from the sofa don't shut 100% which causes an air draft and also the main street is pretty noisy). Other than that, it's a great apartment for 2-3 people

Clean and modern

We came from a similar apartment in Paris. Bonavista was a much better value -- air conditioned, modern, clean. Room darkening shades and an 8th floor unit made this room quiet and cool for sleeping. This was our first vacation in Barcelona, the apartment was convenient to the metro and upscale shopping. It was about a 30 minute walk to the Gothic Quarter - the meeting point for the three tours we scheduled. We were disappointed in the service when we requested extra towels. They were promised, but never provided. They also offered to schedule a taxi service for us for our trip to the airport and that was not completed on time so the taxi arrived about 30 minutes later than we wanted.

I would never stay there again... welcome was great. They arranged for a fee for a driver to pick us up from the airport. Well welcomed us into the unit. However, the AC was not working well. We asked for a fan to at least help with the heat. The bed was so uncomfortable and the bedroom was so hot that we ended up sleeping on the floor in the living room. On the second day when we came back from our day activity to the hotel we noticed they entered our appartment without letting us know. At the middle of the night their electric cutron started closing the cutron by itself. Very uncomfortable place to stay.
