All in all, the stay was pleasant and accurate to description. Biggest issue was a mildew like smell in the kitchen/living room. Besides that, AC and appliances worked great and most importantly the place was clean.

It was ok. It felt a little industrial but it was clean and worked. The bathroom and shower were very small. It was impossible to not get water outside the shower, so everything got wet. The balcony was cement walls, so you couldn't see over but still nice to see the night sky and stars. Nice to have use of the washing machine. There is no dryer (common in small apartments in Europe), so you needed to allow time to hang them on the clothing rack outside on the balcony - which worked fine for us. Bring your own laundry soap. It was far from all the attractions but the metro was close and very easy to use and understand.

For mine opinión. The place is well Located. However it's difficult for parking. Weekend is worse. Since there's many local activities and locals drivers get all the available parking spots thatcare free. Regarding the place. Mattresses are very soft for mine choice. It sinks in and you. Don't rest well. That is the only inconvenience I can't say. Aside from that place is well located. Easy to find. And communication is great.

The room was very nice. The bathroom was gorgeous. However, one of the rooms didn’t have an A/C unit which made it very warm and uncomfortable. Besides that, it’s a nice property worth staying at.

Nice enough if you’re spending one night with your family but very minimal conveniences. Basic beds and coach with no extras. No blankets or anything additional. Shower ran out through entrance all over floor. Brought manager up and he said it’s a bad design. Had to mop Up the floor everytime we took a shower. Each time I went to reception to ask a question the aide would get on the phone and ask me to hold. After five minutes I left. There are a lot of better options in Barcelona for the price!!

Convenient location, especially with the direct aerobus to/from the airport which is 2 blocks away. We rented 2 units, both were clean and had what we needed as far as cooking, dishes, etc. Very spacious with the convenience of a washer. One unit smelled heavily of residual smoke despite multiple no smoking signs. Not really the fault of the property manager, but as a non smoking family it was not pleasant. Beds were not very comfortable, very hard. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Nice and clean comfy - Big deposit

Where the hotel was, excellent near the magic fountain, but on arrival I was asked for £170 deposit for stay when the room was already paid for !! was not expecting this and it doesn't state this amount in any paperwork. The reception area was lovely but always locked. Told it would be open for 11am but never was
