Apartamento ok, mas o endereço não é correto
Boa localização, mas o apartamento não fica no endereço que é informado no email de confirmação. Fica numa rua pequena e secundária. As condições do prédio não são boas. O apartamento é grande e como mostra nas fotos. Mobiliário, cortina e itens de cozinha são antigos. O maior problema é o barulho do elevador (que sai dentro do apartamento) e dos vizinhos e da rua (todos muitos jovens e festeiros).

While we are unable to control the outside noise in the neighborhood, please allow us to look into the problem with the elevator as this is not the standard of service we aim to provide our guests. We will definitely have it fixed as soon as possible.

Familie på fire
Familie på fire var her i 9 netter. Flott med eget soverom til barna. Stor leilighet som var litt mer sliten enn det så ut på bilder. Veldig harde madrasser og en bitte liten balkong. Ellers var det perfekt beliggenhet midt i gamlebyen med shopping og restauranter rett ved. Et lite stykke å gå til stranda.

Braquage à l'espagnol
Un hébergement très limité, pas de savons, 3 serviettes pour 3 en 1 semaine, appartement pas propre et abimé, une caution de 150€ encaissée dès le premier jour, toujours pas rendu... le jour du départ personne pour vérifier d'éventuelles dégradations ou autre, la taxe d'habitation régler en espèce uniquement et on vous fait une remise de 50%, espèce qui doit partir dans sa poche, car, nous avons été prélevé plus que le prix du site, cela doit être certainement la taxe qui a été rajoutée mais qui sait, nous attendons encore des réponses. On vous impose 1000 règles en vous menacant de frais supplémentaires, à ce demander si nous sommes vraiment en vacance...

Very convenient location
It was nice to have the space of the 2 bedroom apartment, would have been really nice to have a larger TV (I think it was a 17 inch screen) with some English speaking channels, I think the only one we had was a Wilderness Survival channel/Hunting channel.. We had a washing machine but were expecting a dryer as well, but there was none, only a drying rack which worked out OK. We felt the building was safe and secure. We did not use the kitchen facilities to cook though they looked adequate.

Very Close to las rambles
Booked through hotels.com, but apartment was not as advertised- ie deluxe with city views. I believe it has been recited. Francesc was very helpful and responded quickly to requests/confusion.

NICE LOCATION PLEASANT EXPERIENCE
Convenient location. This is actually an apartment.Hotel personnel were quite accommodating: Duncan - very helpful on check in and giving overview explanation of the apartment; plus he booked taxi for airport return for us (we didn't even have to ask). The taxi was roomy and spot on time. Johnny - looks after maintenance was also very pleasant and helpful when requests were made for additional towels. I've stayed in other apartments in Barcelona before and would say this is one of the bests. This not a typical hotel with front desk and amenities. But if you're looking for an apartment with cooking and laundry facilities - this is a good deal. There's a great pizza place just 50 meters away (Pizza From Sicily).

God beliggenhed, men skjulte gebyrer!!!
Lejligheden har en fin størrelse, og der er det allermest nødvendige. Dog er køkkenet meget spartansk indrettet. Kaffemaskinen var gået i stykker inden vi ankom, og vi blev lovet en ny dagen efter, men den kom aldrig! Køjesengen i det ene værelse knirkede bare man så på den, så det var næsten umuligt at sove i den. Der er ret mørkt i lejligheden, og balkonen vender ud til en max. 2 meter bred gade med høje bygninger på den anden side. Der er elevator direkte op til lejligheden, hvilket er meget smart, men det betyder også at når andre benytter elevatoren høres det rigtig tydeligt i lejligheden. Beliggenheden er helt perfekt i forhold til det større område: man er tæt på mange seværdigheder. Det, vi er mest utilfredse med, er de skjulte gebyrer der er på lejligheden. Vi valgte denne lejlighed fordi den ikke havde late check-in gebyr - MEN DET HAR DEN! Derudover kunne vi ikke få fat i den mand der skulle lukke os ind, da vi ankom, og han kom først en time efter vi var ankommet til bygningen. Fordi der havde været så meget besværlighed blev vi lovet at vi kunne blive sent på udtjekningsdatoen uden ekstra omkostninger (da der også var gebyr for dette). Men da det kom til stykket havde han ikke talt med chefen, og vi endte med at betale det ekstra gebyr, da de ellers ville trække 150 euro fra vores konto, som vi også skulle ligge som depositum.

Great location!
The apartment was really nice and great location. But the map is misguiding and the aparment is not located on plaza real, instead it is located on a back ally (a safe and quiet back ally!) Not far frome plaza royal. We were 4 friends traveling together and it fitted us perfectly with the 2 bedrooms. Om the negative side, we were 4 people staying 6 nights and we only got 1 i repeat 1 roll of toilett paper and there were no detergent to wash any dishes and no soap to was hands. Luckily this is really cheap in Barcelona so it was more annoying than a problem. Other than that it was a very clean and nice aparment.
