큰 방을 예약하면 좋은 호텔
다른건 다 좋았는데 작은 방으로 예약했더니 2인용인데도 캐리어 2개 들어갈 자리도 없었습니다.

아트갤러리답게 호텔 내부 및 객실 보는재미가 쏠쏠합니다. 겨울이라 이용하지는 못했지만 옥상의 수영장도 좋아보였음. 공항버스 정류장에서는 거리가 조금 떨어져있는 편이었지만 주변이 조용한 점은 오히려 좋았습니다. (관광지 가는 정류장들 멀지않음) 객실의 웰컴과자가 감동적인 맛이었고 객실 들어섰을때 담배냄새가 아주 살짝 나기는 했지만 환기시키면 괜찮은 정도였습니다. 직원분들 친절했고 난방, 수압 등 불편함 점 없었습니다. 객실 와이파이 잘됩니다.

사진과 다른 방
숙소가 전반적으로 좋은편이긴하나 호텔스닷컴에서 예약시 보았던 사진의 그 건물 그 방이 아니었습니다. 체크인 하러 갔을때 다른 건물로 다시 안내하였고 근처이지만 캐리어를 끌고 다시 다른 건물로 가야했습니다. 체크아웃시에도 다시 체크인했던 건물로 다시 와야해서 불편했습니다. 그리고 호텔스닷컴 홈페이지에서 보았던 사진의 방과는 아예 다른 방입니다. 넓고 더 좋은 환경의 방 사진을 보고 예약을 한건데, 사진과는 다른 좁고 다른 건물의 방을 배정받아서 별로였습니다. 그외 청결상태와 관리상태는 좋은편입니다.

늦게 예약한 탓에 가격을 너무 비싸게 한 것 같지만 그 가격 대비 가성비는 조금 떨어진 것 같습니다ㅎㅎ

그냥 깔끔한 호텔
시설은 깔끔했습니다. 근데 유럽호텔들이 그렇듯 객실이 너무 좁고 위치가 애매한듯 싶어요. 카탈루냐 광장까지 지하철 한 정거장이라 지하철 타기도 그렇고 걷기에는 좀 멀고 그런 것같네요.

깨끗하고 훌륭한 서비스
굉장히 깨끗하고 훌륭한 곳이었습니다. 다만 객실청소할 때 첫날을 제외하고 발수건을 계속 안줘서 불편하였습니다. 전체적인 호텔 분위기는 좋으며 조식이 매우 맛있습니다. 테라스밖의 경치는 좋지 않지만 테라스 자체가 너무 좋았네요. 주위에 맛있는 식당도 많습니다.

I tried to request for an earlier check in as our flight arrived early and we needed to change for our 4 hour degustation Anniversary lunch at Disfrutar. The manager at that time was very surly and won’t have any of it. His personality was just cut and dry without a hint of a smile. The staff when we returned after our lunch to check in was better. Something just felt off with the morning staff though.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno, hotel centrale e comodo per qualsiasi esigenza o spostamento. Due sole pecche. La prima riguarda la pulizia, un po’ scandente per i troppi capelli/peli in giro per la stanza e in particolare per il bagno. La seconda invece riguarda il servizio. Il nostro phon non andava a dovere, funzionava per 30 secondi e poi si surriscaldava. Nonostante una prima chiamata e l’attesa di mezz’ora, abbiamo dovuto ricontattare la reception e chiedere nuovamente una mano, in attesa con i capelli bagnati. Comunque per il resto, tutto molto gradevole e lo consigliamo. Grazie! Giorgia.

Wonderful weekend in Barcelona
The hotel was fantastic. When we arrived, welcome chocolates and a chilled bottle of champagne were waiting for us. (It was our honeymoon) The location is great for walking and though the pool was cold, it felt great soaking my tired legs in it.

Hotel de diseño en una muy buena ubicación entre el Born y el barrio gótico con varias opciones para cenar o tomar algo. Personal muy atento y desayuno exquisito ( solo faltó el jugo natural). Volveremos.

Virkelig god oplevelse. Hotellet lå selvfølgelig lidt ude fra centrum men det hele værd. Et virkelig hyggeligt område med masser af caféer og restauranter. Hotellet var meget afslappet med hyggeligt poolområde og virkelig god morgenmad. Vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage.

Really good hotel in a great location!
The hotel was in a great location, very lively in the evenings with lots of restaurants around. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly, the bar staff were really nice and attentive, the bathroom was clean with plenty of toiletries provided. Downsides - we had a first floor room with a window that faced the courtyard which meant that the room barely got any natural light. The bathroom was a wet room, which was ok but there was very little ventilation so took forever to dry. Overall, great hotel to stay at if you get a différent room.

I cannot rate higher, fantastic service, champagne on arrival at reception, partners 50th birthday with fizz delivered to the room complimentary. Great location near La Pedrera and close to hop on bus route stop. Safe vacinity at night too. Would stay again.

Great for a family trip
A three day stay in Barcelona, H10 Art Gallery was very comfortable, had great air conditioning, was well located not too far from the Gaudi House. A very nice hotel! Excellent breakfast too with in hotel parking.

Unser Zimmer war etwas ungemütlich. Wir hatten für die Familie ein weiteres Zimmer gebucht und dieses war gut! Die Badezimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Preis Leistung stimmt für uns! Die Lage ist super und trotzdem war es nie laut! Ich fand es etwas erschreckend, dass im Lobby/Restaurantbereich kein Wickeltisch vorhanden ist! Sollte in einem 4* Hotel vorhanden sein!

Net terug van een city-trip Barcelona. Hotel H10 Art Gallery is ons goed bevallen: mooie kamer, vriendelijk personeel en een perfecte ligging (redelijk dichtbij het centrum, maar toch vrij rustig). Wij zouden zo weer terug gaan! :-)

Dejligt kvarter - ok hotel
Hotellet ligger i et fint kvarter med gode restauranter, cafeer og bare. Hyggeligt og autentisk. Værelset, der var med altan, var ikke særligt stort, men fint til det vi skulle bruge det til.

The hotel itself is very well appointed, I think there was a misunderstanding between the hotel and Expedia and when I got there my room was much smaller than Expedia had advertised so that was disappointing. I also I was also disappointed that the room had a few things that were not working properly like the shower door and the telephone was broken that was immediately corrected so I was appreciative. I would still recommend this hotel to other guedt because of the staff, the area and how convenient enclosed to many areas of interest.totheothat.mishaps

Väldigt litet rum
Hotellet som sådant var fint men vårt rum var extremt litet. Absolut inte värt priset vi betalade för det. Trevligt läge men en bit från centrum. Trevlig personal vid incheckning. Rummet var rent men det städades/bäddades inte under de två dagar vi var där.
