We are happy to know that you found the location very comfortable and with a good price.Regarding the issue with your keys, I appologize again, as I already did personally that same day, contrary to what you wrote. It is a petty that you do not remember this, as I did it several times.The reason why we leave this whatsapp number is precisely because we do not have reception 24 hs, as we always inform previously in all our websites and then reason why I came back to the hotel it was not just casualty. As soon as my colleague informed me about your insident with the keys I went as fast as I could specifically to assist you.I am really sorry that you lost what it might have been a really nice Sunday meeting. I sincerely appologize for that.On the other hand, I am not sure who told you that the manager was off, because she never is and anyways you also did not ask for a refund, which you could also have done the next day (Monday) as you stayed two nights.I do agree with you that it was bad luck, as it is the first time that this happens, at least that I know.I am glad that despite of all these you were able to enjoy your stay in the city, as you told me the next day.I hope you had a safe trip back!Kind regards,Sara - The HBC Team
