Our stay was excellent overall. Our reception by Karen was top notch...every hotel would be lucky to have such a person receiving their guests. So friendly and helpful. The room was well designed and stocked, including a little fridge, though the room itself was a pretty small but not unusually so. Great location for restaurants and shopping and only a few minutes walk to the heart of the Gothic Quarter.

A magical find!!

What a wonderful find! Yes the rooms are small. But the place is magical. It feels like you are a treasured relation that your hostess wants to make sure your stay is perfect in all ways. A central location. A coffee machine and small refrigerator for your use in the break room. A total of eight rooms. You are given keys not only for your room but also for the huge ancient wooden exterior doors and glass doors in the building lobby. The entire hotel is located on the second floor, with elevator access.

Overall, had a lovely one night stay. The gentleman that received us (Brayko) was extraordinarily helpful, sweet, and interested in our experience (despite us being in a rush when we arrived). The bedding was comfortable, the towels were large and fluffy, there were bottles of water and chocolates waiting for us, the common area has nespresso pods and tea - a bunch of nice little touches. The location is convenient (we wanted somewhere close to the aerobus for getting to and from the airport). A few points to note: - when arriving, it is critical to communicate with reception because they will not be waiting for you unless you tell them when you'll be there (we learned this the hard way) - we booked through hotels.com, but they did not receive confirmation of my payment (I had booked about 24h prior) and this created a little bit of check in drama

The staff were extremely helpful here. The room was very comfortable and contained chocolates, a shaving kit, and quality shampoo and conditioner. I highly recommend this hotel.

I can't beleave the hostel is 2 stars, it's higher

The room was clean. And they cleaned the room and changed towels everyday. They serve free coffee tea even sweets. I could drink water from water server anytime. Just the entlance door didn't open smoothly after pressing code.

Property itself was very conveniently located for my needs. Price was good. On the other hand, check-in on a Sunday morning (10am) was a bit of a mess. I was handed a wrong set of keys. I couldn’t enter the property when coming back in the afternoon at 2pm, when my room was ready. Nobody at the reception. I contacted the property manager and I was asked to try the keys over and over again but they were totally wrong keys. Luckily after a while somebody came out from the building and I was able to enter. Just when I was about to leave and book an other place to stay, a friendly person returned to reception and handed me the right set of keys. I ended up missing one important meeting because of the key mess. Which I’m very sad about. No actual apology or any sort of refund offered by the manager. They had a day off! Place itself was still nice but make sure your keys work!! I’m sure my experience was just one off and bad luck. Hopefully it is not the way how the property operates.
