Me he alojado en este hotel 4 noches, he encontrado la habitación con el colchón sucio entero y lleno de manchas. El personal de recepción no tienen educación al comentarles como estaba el colchón y no querían cambiarlo. No recomiendo este hotel para nada. La muchacha de limpieza es una encantadora y te ayuda en lo que necesitas. Prefiero ir a otro hotel con mejores condiciones para descansar bien.

La habitación le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento, el papel de la pared todo sucio, el ruido de todos los clientes que enteanan y salian. No me gusto paea nada, he estado mas agusto en pensiones.

The room was tiny, just big enough to fit 2 single beds and nothing else. If felt like a prison. There is ample parking at the back at the property but this is charged at 11 euro a night.

Hotel was very far away from city center, Moreover i never saw staff in hotel anytime also they no provide any daily use things like in bathroom. However i pay good money but i thing it not worthy as they provide services to customers

Didn’t like having to walk 3 blocks with luggage after checking in. Didn’t like that the WIFI didn’t work. Especially didn’t like that this hotel didn’t understand that a mistake had been made in the booking and REFUSED to refund monies to an elderly lady on a fixed income….charged her $506 for 1 nights stay in a tiny, but very clean room

Juste une nuit avant de prendre l'avion le lendemain descriptif conforme à la réalité aucun problème particulier bon accueil parking sécurisé possible je confirme mais je voulais réserver de la chambre avec le parking privé et impossible d'avoir la confirmation avant de régler la chambre je savais seulement que ça existait mais impossible de savoir avant la réservation c'était toujours le même réponse tout s'est bien passé j'ai eu ma place de parking mais la discussion a été difficile ne parlant ni espagnol ni anglais couramment J'ai déjà eu ce problème dans un autre hôtel en Espagne je pense qu'ils ne veulent pas s'engager tant qu'on a pas réservé de peur que la place ne soit pas disponible au moment de la réserve donc c'est nous qui nous qui nous engageons à la sortie
