Hotel was in a good location. It was very safe and near shopping area. Hotel was in good condition. Rooms were a bit small, though all rooms in Barcelona may be small in size. Hotel staff was not very welcoming or friendly especially receptionist. Door men were the nice and helpful. Not sure if they don’t like Americans or just not nice and friendly in general?

The staff was wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was topnotch! The hotel itself was very clean and we enjoyed the amenities. The only con was that the room was warmer than we are used to at 24 degrees celsius (75 Fahrenheit) and we are used to being more comfortable at about 70 Fahrenheit. Unfortunately, we couldn't do anything about that although we tried. We did travel with a small portable fan which saved the day. Overall, not a deal breaker and we would definitely stay there again!!

The room was very clean. The staff at the bar were really kind and helpful. The hotel gave me a cava wine for my birthday. A beautiful surprise! The location is excellent. I felt very safe walking around also during the night.
