It was more like a flat than a hotel. Check in was in one building and had to walk around the corner for the actual room which was annoying with luggage. I would suggest them adding a service to assist guest with that. Also, there was no iron in the room and the hotel states I would have to walking to the next building to get it as they would not. Also something I think they should work on. Overall, the location was good with the train station right outside the door and very easy to get to and from the airport. The room was all we really need for the short stay…clean and quaint.

I loved the stay. Morning buffet was worth and perfect with lot of options. Transportation was quite close to the hotel. I loved my big room with a separate dining area but unfortunately I couldn't use it as I always get late to the room and it was too cold by the evening.

Nice stay w/ a shaking elevator

Stay was clean and nice. Location is convenient since it is close to the subway. The one downside is that the elevator shakes a lot when I used it. I used it twice and it shakes heavily both times. After the second time, I just walk up and down the stairs since I didn’t feel safe. Besides that, everything was good.

Lovely area but the hotel was chopped up around the neighborhood and the phones didn't work so we had to walk around a whole city block to get to the front desk for help. The receptionists were EXCELLENT. Wish the rooms were more conveniently situated. No coffee maker in the room.
