다녀오고 나서도 스트레스 받는 이호텔.
6박 투숙동안 이 호텔에 만유로 씀. 서비스/응대 수준 정말 최악임. 방 한 번 옮겨서 물건 놓고 온 것도 그대로 없어지고, 먹지도 않은 레스토랑(어느날 저녁 블랑에서 먹었는데 결재는 테랏에서 또 많이 된) 확인해달라고 문의해도 깜깜 무소식. 호텔스닷컴 9.0 후기와 트립어드바이저 후기를 읽고 갔어야했음. 바르셀로나 외 누구나 알만한 호텔 빼고 전반적인 서비스수준(컨시어지/리셉션/레스토랑) 고려했을때 머물렀던게 매우매우 후회됨. 심지어 멍청한 애들 특유의 은근한 인종차별도 겪음 -서비스응대 속도/수준/방배정. -주문받는데 눈 안마주침, 백인남성먼저 응대. 만다린 오리엔탈은 특유의 서비스로 유명한 곳인데 바르셀로나가 평점이 젤 낮은 이유가 있었음 다른 호텔가서 편안한게 쉬시길

I was disappointed about hotel spa!!
이 호텔의 스파는 너무 실망입니다. 전세계, 혹은 아시아의 다른 만다린 오리엔탈 호텔들과 비교했을때, 스파와 마사지를 하는 스테프들의 실력과 서비스는 완전 실망입니다. 5성급 호텔이라 할수 없고, 더 숙련되고 trained된 masseur들을 필요로 합니다. 그외, 호텔내의 다른 스태프들이나 위치는 최고로 좋았습니다.

Excellent location. Garden view room very good and comfortable. Some room have bath and balcony. Reception aims to please. Slow and soso service from bar. Breakfast choice good but slow Small indoor pool good if only 4 ppl max. Pool could be more heated
