The staff was great, very friendly and helpful for providing directions to the city attractions. What we didn't like, is that our suite AC system never worked, stayed on 24.5 c the entire time, so it could have been cooler, but we didn't complain, we really enjoyed the room, we just cracked a door and listened to the birds.

The Monument Hotel is one of the only places where you get 5 star service in Barcelona. The hotel is an amazing property, nice rooms, bathroom and amenities. Food was amazing as well. The only complaint I have is that I could hear people talking in the halways and from other rooms. If you don’t get bothered by noise so much stay herr and you won’t regret it. Will be back again.
