나쁘지 않음. 괜찮음. 몇 가지 개선 사항이 필요
체크인할 때 직원의 친절한 서비스 단 이틀에 한 번 청소할 때 청소 상태가 미흡 그리고 화장실에 휴지를 추가로 공급해주지 않아서 불편 전체적으로 가격대 괜찮다는 느낌이지만 유리창 밖이 바로 도로라서 도로의 시끄러운 소음이 그대로 전달되어 밤에 새벽에 시끄러운 소음으로 고생 유리창 방음 시공이 꼭 필요하다고 여겨짐 주방에 오븐이 고장난 상태로 방치되어있음 수리가 필요함 그 외에 전체적으로 나쁘지 않음

화장실 휴지가 교체되지 않음 이틀에 한번씩 청소를 한다는데 휴지가 교체되지 않았음 밤에 잘 때 도로변 자동차 오토바이 주행 소음이 너무 크게 들려옴 화장실 + 세면대 공간이 너무 좁음 주방 시설은 좋음. 다만 오븐이 정상 동작하지 않음 소파베드를 베드로 펼쳐서 이용할 때 베드의 프레임이 약해서 흔들림

체크인과 뜨거운물만 아니면 괜찮은 숙소
체크인 하는곳이 분리되어있어 레이알광장옆에있는 리셉션에서 체크인을 하고 키를받아야해요. 리셉션은 친절함! 따뜻한물은 저장식이라 물을 좀 쓰면 다써져서 불편하네요ㅜ 숙소는 전반적으로 깨끗한편이긴하지만 4박미만은 청소를 안해주고 4박이상도 3~4일차에 청소를 해요. 수건은 충분하고 와이파이도 잘터지네요 교통편도 좋은편이네요.

Lo unico criticable es pasar a retirar las llaves lejos del edificio, sabiendo que uno viene con maletas y el emprendedor deja telefono para avisar a que hora llegan los huespedes, lo minimo que la inmobiliaria te llame y te espere en el sitio. En cuanto al apartamento es muy bueno y limpio

La experiencia del check-in fue desastrosa, más de una hora esperando en la puerta del apartamento sin que nadie viniera y mientras por teléfono solo me ponían excusas. Greta, la encargada de hacerme el check-in fue un encanto, una auténtica pena que la organización sea tan mala. El apartamento es justo, bastante ruidoso por la calle en la que está.

約二週間の滞在でした。アパートメントホテルとチェックインのオフィスが離れているのが、ちょっと不便でしたが、チェックインまでに時間がある場合はスーツケースを預かってくれました。 チェックインもホテルの場所や鍵の開け方など丁寧に教えてくれました。　 困ったことは二点。　一つはいきなり最初から玄関のドアノブが取れてしまったこと。「これって外に出られないってこと？」と、焦りましたが、実際はその下のノブが有効だったので、出入りは問題なくできたので、できれば最初からない方がいい。 二つ目は、オーブンレンジを使ったとたん電機のブレーカーが落ちた。 ブレーカーを探しても見つからず、結局オフィスが開くのを待って電話して修理の人を手配してもらった。 スペイン語もしくは英語ができないと、ちょっときついかも。 ブレーカーは絵の額の中にありましたが、ついでにドアノブの修理もしてくれましたが、結局部品がなくてコーキング材を注入したのみ。 これじゃあ、次に来た人も同じ目に合うでしょう。 掃除は一日おきでしたがいっつも清潔なタオルが使えて幸せでした。 よく自炊しておりましたが、生ごみなど貯まらない程度の頻度でしたので嫌なにおいを出ず良かったです。 駅も二駅使えたのとランブラス通りまで15分くらいで歩けるところも良かったです。 また、ウルヘル駅はエアポートバスが止まる駅なので帰りはスーツケースを気にせず乗り込めたことがとてもラッキーでした。

Appartement très sympa, bien situé (ns arrivions à Barcelone en train) et bien équipé. Check in super simple. Accès à l'appartement très sécurisé (ac code et clés de type carte) Attention simplement à bien contacter l'agence 45min avant l'arrivée pr prévoir un rdv Bémol : pas bien insonorisé! Ns avons entendu bruyamment nos voisins ds leur douche! À améliorer

Locatie is prima, vlakbij Lidl. Net appartement met alle gemakken. Ons gezelschap bestond uit 5 personen en we misten echter wel een 5e stoel bij de eettafel en theedoeken voor de afwas. (mechanische) Afzuiging in de badkamer zou ook prettig zijn. Heel fijne citytrip gehad.

Vi var 2 par som bodde i en lägenhet, rummen var rymliga och väldigt smidigt att ta sig in till stan. Tog ungefär 15 min promenad, från flygplatsen åkte vi taxi i ca 20 min smidigt! Personalen var super trevliga och bemötande, dock var det dåligt städat, slitet rum och man kunde se fingeravtryck på dörrar osv, så pass att vi inte ville hänga upp våra handdukar. Gardinerna hade nog aldrig tvättats osv. Det funkade men skulle inte bo här igen. Väldigt synd då personalen var väldigt trevliga och det var smidigt o ta sig runt!

overordnet set var vi som familie på 4 ikke tilfredse med lejligheden. Da vi ankom var der ikke gjort ordenligt rent, og den rengøring som var med i prisen dukkede aldrig op!!! Der er ekstrem meget larm fra den store hovedgade som lejligheden ligger på pga vinduerne ikke er helt tætte. Et andet stort minus er at der hverken var knager eller skabe til at have sit tøj i. Dårlig oplevelse!!

Terrible. Impossible de dormir.
Le checking se fait dans y quartier différent à 20min du logement. Aucune précision au moment de la réservation. Aucune indication sur les documents de la réservation non plus. J'ai dû appeler pour apprendre cela. 1h30 de perdue pour faire l'a/r prendre les clefs (jusqu'en bas des ramblas) La chambre c'était un premier étage côté rue très brouillant. La personne à l'accueil avait promis une chambre côté intérieur pour ne pas avoir de problème de bruit. Ce n'était pas vrai. De plus les voisins ont commencer à faire du bruit à 5am. Impossible de dormir. Je n'y retournerai plus. Le prix et situation ne valent pas l'impossibilité de dormir.

An very average apartment with a 5 star potential
This apartment could have easily a 5 star rating, but there are too much small unsolved issues: limited warm water, slowest internet in town, broken doors, poor cleaning service, electricity problems etc. This are small and easy to repair issues, but it looks like nobody will do it. Apart of that, everything is fine. Good environment, good public transport.

Non è tutto oro quello che luccica
L'appartamento sito a Barcellona in Carrer d'Aragó, 130 secondo piano, in apparenza appare bello, ma presenta a mio avviso molti problemi. Il primo problema: il rumore. Sito al secondo piano di una strada molto trafficata (4 corsie) con traffico persistente sia di giorno che di notte. Il secondo: la pulizia insufficiente. Tutto molto sporco, dal divano al tappeto, stoviglie unte, tavoli in vetro pieni di impronte di mano, tenda del bagno non adeguata e sporca. Il terzo: le condizioni generali dell'immobile. Il rubinetto del lavandino senza filtro (quindi schizzava acqua dappertutto se aperto senza attenzione), una mensola del soggiorno divelta dal muro, gli infissi non ermetici (quindi inefficaci nell'arginare il rumore della strada), non è presente un armadio (pertanto si è costretti ad utilizzare le sedie del tavolo come appendi abiti ed in generale si è costretti a tenere tutto nelle valigie), pentole piccole. Il Quarto: l'efficienza della Reception. Manifestati i suddetti problemi alla proprietà, gli addetti dopo aver dimostrato, a parole, di essere a nostra disposizione si sono limitati solo a migliorare leggermente la pulizia dell'appartamento, ma siamo stati costretti a comprare dei detergenti per pulire cio' che persistentemente non veniva pulito.

There are the extra fees added in the fine print - 30 euro for cleaning - it's very expensive, so the price is not final! Plus, watch out - the check-in is not at the hotel. You need to pick-up the room keys elsewhere. We didn't notice that only until arrival - and it's very uncomfortable. An hour wasted after an exhausting flight. The place was very nice, but the overall issuer with the check-in and the extra cleaing fee (which is not included to the bill here) - really damaged our experience.

Fair pay for a good convenient location. Small things could've improved our stay. For example - there is a full kitchen - but no condiments. Had to buy salt, sugar, oil, etc. - things that we left behind, hope the cleaning personnel doesn't throw those things out

Både værelset og beliggende var fint, men der var utroligt meget larm fra et enkelt naboværelse (der blev festet hele natten). Dette er ikke hotellets skyld, men da der ikke er reception elle personale i det hele taget i lejlighedskompekset, så blev der ikke gjort noget ved det.

Pleasant stay at the holiday apartment
It was after booking the stay we then realised that check-in point was actually at a different place, which caused a bit of an inconvenience, as everyone was tired after travelling over night and just wanted to check in and get to the hotel. However, luckily we found the holiday apartment quite easily. This was because we caught the taxi which took us to the check-in desk office at the other location, the taxi driver to waited for us to check-in and lastly the taxi driver took us to our destination. It was wasting our time and having to pay more for taxi as it waited for us to check-in. Overall, the stay of the hotel was pleasant, the extra compulsory cleaning fee we paid during check-in. Resulted in the cleaner actually came in everyday to clean our kitchen (rubbish bins), bathroom and bedrooms etc. The hotel location was a good 15-20 minute walk to most of the tourist attraction sights. We enjoyed our stay, apart from the check-in being inconvenience everything else was pleasant.

OK apartment but difficult contact.
The apartment was nicely facilitated with clean and cool environment; however, there can be improvements made such as adding plates and bowls at the kitchen. With four people living in our flat, we only had two plates to use. However, we had difficulties contacting the hotel staff for various things as we did not have a Barcelona sim card, there was no set phone in the apartment to contact the main staff, there was no staff in the no.130 apartment too. We had a short circuit in our apartment on the last day of our stay but we were unable to contact the staff due to this. We could only grab hold of the cleaning staff who could not speak English to raise our needs. There was no security at the building. Although there was a tidying service in our apartment everyday, they did not clean our apartment properly or renew our used towels. This hotel charges 30Euro for a 'cleaning fee' which I think is unreasonable and useless - no other hotel charges a cleaning fee and this hotel doesn't clean properly like other hotels too. For instance, we were required to throw our own rubbish... Moreover, the check-in point is ridiculously far away from our apartment. We were required to go to somewhere near La Rumbla to check-in but then no shuttle was provided to drive us to our apartment. It is very un-thoughtful of the hotel to ask people like us who have traveled for hours to travel so far away with our luggage just to check-in at their convenience...

Partis avec 3 amis pour un week-end détente. L'appartement est bien situé dans un quartier sympathique proche de toutes commodités et pas très loin en transport comme à pied de la place Catalunya. En clair un bel appartement pour un bon week-end.

Apartment in Barcelona
The Apartment NO130 The Streets Barcelona is in a great location, only 3 blocks from the Metro station. The biggest drawback to the apartment is that check in is not at the apartment at all. You must take the Metro to the check in.There are a number of different trains to take and hundreds of steps at the stations when changing lines.We were miserable already when we got there. For the flight home we found that the Aerobus direct to the airport stops exactly one bock past our Metro station. No steps at all! That is how we should have arrived also.The apartment itself is on a very busy street with nonstop traffic.If that bothers you it will be hard to sleep.We stayed 8 nights and got used to it.There are only 3 plates and no bowls in the apartment. No frying pan at all. Your cereal you will have to eat out of a cup. You rarely see the staff but we did ask for more towels and toilet paper. We were 3 females and did not have 3 towels.They are very thin and small.The ad said the apartment had an espresso maker. It did not. It had a very cheap plastic pot with a cone filter. Had we known that we would have brought our own paper filters. I had specifically requested a bathtub and after numerous emails was told that the apartment came with a shower only. Not true. We had a tub also. You think she should have known that? I did like the neighborhood and it was very safe.The area had lots of good bakeries at a fraction of the cost of downtown.It only took 10 minutes to get downtown.

Väldigt centralt hotell
Jag och mina kompisar har haft en underbar vecka. Det är var lite strul med bokningen men personalen var väldigt professionella och löste det väldigt snsbbt. Vi är väldigt nöjda med hela veckan och kommer absolut att boka med dem igen. Känns tråkigt att vara hemma igen!

Accueil chaleureux à la réception (en français). Très rapide à répondre à nos besoins et à nos questions pendant le séjour. À 2 km de La Rambla, pour ceux qui aiment marcher c'est parfait, le quartier est agréable à découvrir.
