We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and already look forward to coming back again! The hotel is modern, clean, and the staff is very welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from the Beautiful Sagrada Família, there is a pharmacy, a market right across and the bar in the lobby has amazing drinks and food. We stayed two nights and on our first night, after attending the Barcelona soccer game, my sons asthma started acting up. The next morning the Hotel provided us with a local doctor to come check on our son in our room ($150 €) The staff kept me up to date with the doctors arrival and after the doctors visit they were kind enough to leave my son a sweet note and goodies. It is thoughtful touches like that that make family trips abroad so much special. I want to especially thank the receptionist that greeted us on our arrival and departure who made our stay extra welcoming! We will be back soon!

We recently stayed at your hotel for a short trip to visit the Sagrada Família and explore the surrounding area. The hotel’s location was excellent, and we truly appreciated the professional and sincere attitude of your staff, which initially gave us a sense of reassurance. However, we were extremely dissatisfied with the condition of the shower room and the way the issue was handled. The drain had clearly not been maintained, causing water to overflow from the shower area and spread across the bathroom floor. As a result, we had to wipe the floor with towels twice during the midnight, and we were not able to go to sleep until 4 a.m. At first, we assumed the issue might have been caused by our child’s way of showering, combined with the shower room’s insufficient water‑blocking mechanism. However, when the exact same flooding occurred when an adult used the shower, we reported the situation to the night‑shift staff. After some discussion, we were finally informed that we could use the shower in an unoccupied room. Although we were able to shower the following morning, we were already exhausted. As a result, we were unable to enjoy our second and final day of the trip, which was very disappointing for us. We would have appreciated it if, at the time of our initial report, the night staff had proactively suggested alternative options — such as using the shower in a vacant room or even the showers in the gym facility. Such suggestions from the hotel side.

A bit over rated. Room was nice enough but a little small and the shower and toilet only had glass walls and doors, meaning not much noise privacy. Roof top area was nice to lounge on, but the swimming pool was ‘down for maintenance’ so couldn’t be used. There were no other indoor spa facilities. Didn’t try the breakfast because at 26 euro pp seemed over priced. There’s nice cafes near by at half the price. Location is in a nice quiet area near Sagrada Familia , so that’s a big plus. Overall nice enough but a bit over priced for those downsides.
