We had a wonderful time. Check in was seamless. Property condition was great, everything was clean. The location was perfect and the most breathtaking views. If we ever visit Barcelona again this is where we will be staying.

PROS: The location to Sagrada Família can not be beat. The daily view was “a million dollar view.” Easy to access the Metro. Clean and large apartment. Black out curtains work 100%. Rooftop was definitely worth a visit in the evening for a panoramic view. We had a washing machine which was great, and a drying rack. CONS: communication is limited to M-F Amenities are sparse and as cheap as you can get away with. No potholders, kitchen towels, etc.

Good value for money in a great location

An excellent location, close to the Sagrada Familia and local transport links. You get what you pay for and this was good value for money; very clean and staff were very helpful. However, the air con is in need to updating. It was poor.

Os 2 banheiros tinham problemas relacionados com o banho: O banheiro principal não esquentava a água em uma temperatura média adequada, ou ficava extremamente quente, ou muito gelada. No outro banheiro, a água escorria para fora do box, pois não tem a declividade correta no piso. Tivemos que usar o banheiro e enxugar o piso diversas vezes, pois estávamos em 5 pessoas! Recomendamos melhorar!

El apartamento esta bien ubicado cerca de la Sagrada Familia, en una Avenida bonita, hay restaurantes y supermercados cerca, todo bien pero el apartamento no era como se veia en las fotos, no tenia balcon y el area de sala comedor mas pequeña. Sin embargo, pasamos una estadía agradable

Muy mala experiencia, se nos quedó la llave dentro de la habitación por error y nos cobraron $100 euros solo por buscar una copia en la oficina, les tomó menos de 5 min, la salida era a las 11:00 am y a las 10:55 ya teníamos a alguien expulsándonos del apartamento. No lo recomiendo. Prefiero ir a un Hotel que el servicio es mucho mejor.

Great location. Great view of the Basilica from our unit but they assigned us a room with the heater on, not the A/C despite our request to assist in fixing the thermostat on our first night. We were fanned ourselves to sleep plus there were mosquitoes. I reported this to the management and they only asked if anyone got bitten. No cabinets and racks for hanging clothes/towels and there's only 1 small television for the whole 3 bedroom-unit. Hallway flooring were loose and sliding which is a safety hazard. We also had to put all our trash away even though we didn't cook in the unit. They charge addt'l 60 Euros for extra cleaning so my husband collected our bathroom trash and tossed them in designated bins on the street. Don't expect regular hotel service. Our biggest disappointment is that there was only 1 toilet for the 6 of us, even though we booked our rooms way early and requested specifically for 2 toilets. Alvaro was the only staff who's friendly and helpful.

The property is walking distance to the Sagrada Familia. Check in was a bit acward as it is done through a digital valet where you put in a number and you retrieve your key. Fortunately, staff from the hotel happened to be there when we arrived and made it easy, otherwise I think this would have been a cumbersome experience. Also, the hot water runs out rather quickly and took several cold showers.

Great location and great apartment for families

Apartment was perfect for us, well appointed and comfortable, but Barcelona was extremely hot and the air conditioning wasn’t cool enough. But the staff was helpful in every way and we loved or neighborhood area. Very convenient and nice. Beautiful view of the sagrada Familia down the street.
