We booked another hotel but after having read the reviews and received a recommendation from a friend we cancelled and swapped to The One We were so pleased we did ! It was amazing in every aspect. The team are so eager to please and be welcoming. Whilst the property has some “tired areas” the service and food and drink make up for anything else. Special thanks and note to Magic hands Marco in the spa for the most incredible last minute treatment. We will be back !

Excellent neighborhood, service and amenities.

We stayed only one night but it was fabulous . The Concierge helped us with dinner reservations and walking directions The room was spacious and well appointed. The location was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Great location for 2 nights for up-end shopping and dining. They have a lovely tapas bar up stairs and a cool lovely dry sauna and water pool for relaxation. The gym is quite small and forgettable in comparison to the rest of the property but still a beautiful sharp place.

The most beautiful hotel and perfect service! I would recommend One Barcelona to anyone I know coming to Barcelona. It is PERFECTLY located and a wonderful place to come back to each evening after exploring the city. We had the best interactions with the staff and everything in our room was literally perfect and luxurious.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional! The staff did an excellent job. Our junior suite was spacious with plenty of light and black-out window treatments for the night. The entire hotel staff did an amazing job, from check-in, concierge assistance, room service, etc., the staff was always there to provide the best assistance. The location is perfect, in a safe area and conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay at this hotel again, when we return to Barcelona.

Though i enjoyed the area and convenience, the hotel lacks 5 star amenities and service. The rooms are average, beds are not very comfortable, and breakfast service was extremely overpriced for what is offered. The rooftop bar is average with overrated food and cocktails. The only thing i loved about the hotel was the prompt service from the staff and particularly restaurant staff and housekeeping. They are very friendly and always responded to needs within minutes.

Great hotel at a very convenient location. Courteous staff. Awesome view from the rooftop. Quiet room. It was so nice to come back to rest and recharge after a full day of touring. Housekeeping seemed to stop by at unpredictable hours, though (sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon), so I got into the habit of pressing the "do not disturb" button next to the bed whenever I was in the room. lol. Overall, quite happy with my stay.

The property staff is wonderful, especially the check in person who after meeting once greeted me daily by my name..her name memory remarkable and super pleasant. With that said, the breakfast was just ok, rooms small-dark with minimal lighting-weird layout as you enter via bathroom, can’t see in shower, bed was wonderful bedding, turndown service, when setting safe you wern’t remind code set so easy to make a mistake, difficult to use Uber to get car service which may just be issue in Barcelona. First night discovered the hard way that they washed hall carpets and when we went in room slid on floors and almost fell. No signage or indicator that the carpet outside room was wet. Next morning big blowers again no signage and when entered elevator again almost hit the ground. Approach hotel who act surprised as I told them they should have rugs at a minimum inn elevator…nothing and no comment on the dangerous inconvenience. The property was overpriced and expected better value. Again the staff were friendly at desk and concierge. Property lacking for the price (over $1000 USD, 2-nights). Did not feel I could recommend based on these facts alone.
