Ok stay, could be better

Pictures on hotels.com are confusing. We took the standard apartment because from the pictures it showed it had a large balcony but upon checking in it was not for this apartment but for the executive apartment. Other than that the condition of the apartment was not great, the bathroom door got stuck with someone inside it and had to wait 30 min for maintenance to open it.

Gut gelegen, leider abgewohnt und laut

Die Rezeption befindet sich nicht im gleichen Gebäude. Um seine Schlüssel in Empfang zu nehmen, muß man erst in die übernächste Straße laufen. Das Apartment ist oberflächig gereiningt gewesen. Alle Dinge sind wie angegeben vorhanden. Das kleine Badezimmer hat Schimmelflecken an der Wand und ist renovierungsreif. Die beiden schmalen zusammengeschobenen Betten waren wirklich hart. Das Schlafzimmer hat die Fenster zu einer dreispurigen Strasse, die so dicht am Zentrum natürlich stark befahren ist, leider auch nachts. Die Lüftung des Apartments scheint nicht in Ordnung zu sein, denn wir hatten an zwei Abenden die Bratgerüche aus dem Nachbarapartemt inclusive Marihuanagerüchen in unserem Apartment. Es wurden ohne Vorankündigung Bauarbeiten (mit Schlagbohrhammer) durchgeführt. Wir waren echt sauer. Am letzten Abend kam ein Mitarbeiter der Rezeption und hat sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten mit einer Flasche Rotwein entschuldigt. Das war nett. Direkt neben dem Eingang des Aparments befindet sich ein Bäcker mit sehr leckerer Auswahl und Kaffee zum Frühstück. Die Lage des Apartments ist super. Alles ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen.

Good location, spacious living area.

Great location in Eixample neighbourhood. 5min walk from Aerobus drop off. In our apartment which slept 4, the second bedroom is very tight, literally two beds pushed together and no space around 3 sides. For budget accommodation for 4 people it's good. Be aware the reception to check in is a different location, but only a few minutes walk away.

The apartment was fine the service to check in is poor I told the people wot time my flight came in made it very hard for to get my keys for apartment end up getting taxi to apartment to be Iv gt to go collect them from somewhere else they should stayed that when I replied through the messages section plus to get deposit back I had to call 6 times poor service

Great little apartment, located centrally. Easy to reach the metro, La Rambla, Plaza de Catalanya, restaurants, bars etc. We picked up the keys from around the corner and the lady there told us everything we needed to know about the apartment and also places of interest, she gave us maps too. Would highly recommend :)

Well located apartment

Location is the best part of this apartment. The negatives are the noise level from the neighboring apartments and the comfort of the bed. Overall, it’s nice enough but it’s time for a few updates and repairs.

Muy mal servicio solo tiene buena ubicacion

Al llegar habia un cartel que debiamos retirar las llaves a 250 mts del lugar Estuvimos 40 minutos con las maletas en la calle hasta que retiramos las llaves debiendo turnarnos con mi señora y mi hija para concurrir personalmente con los pasaportes de cada uno El agua caliente no alcanzaba para mas de una ducha por 5 minutos, pese a los reclamos nunca se soluciono el problema . No tienen servicio en el establecimiento salvo que lo contrates aparte Lamentable estado del acceso que tenia basura en la puerta casi todos los dias.

Perfect modern apatment well equiped.

The building was looking old from outside, but the apartment was very modern and everything was in perfect order. The recepton was 5 minutes walk from the apartment and provided great service. I am sure that when I visit Barcelona next time, I will book Wello apartment.
