"My wife and I were the first guests to stay at this apartment through Hotels.com. There was some confusion with the reservation, and when we tried to confirm our arrival time, we were initially told that they were unsure of whether we actually had a reservation with them or not, even though we had a confirmation from Hotels.com. "Family of 4 absolutely loved the location and proximity to beach, shopping, restaurants, transportation, etc, and number of bedrooms. Issue was we disembarked from cruise and were eager to wash clothes but machine did not work. The agency installed a new one last day but it was too late. also shower really small and leaked water out where seals were not in place. I would still stay here again, the location and uniqueness and charm outweighs the rest."
