"My wife and I were the first guests to stay at this apartment through Hotels.com. There was some confusion with the reservation, and when we tried to confirm our arrival time, we were initially told that they were unsure of whether we actually had a reservation with them or not, even though we had a confirmation from Hotels.com. "The apartment was bare bones. 3 rolls of toilet paper for 7 days, 1 tide pod for the washer, no cleaning supplies provided. The pack and play was broken, there was no hair dryer when we arrived even though we had asked in advance ( they did bring one for us). We had an issue with the toilet that took almost 24 hours to get it fixed ( it wasnt flushing). The shower doesnt drain and you end up standing in 1.5 inches of water the whole shower, which if you want a hot shower, tha hot water only...
