"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained.
I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "The stay was pleasant, beds are comfortable, quiet area and some nice views of the country side. It was great to have a kitchen to have some breakfast and coffee in the morning. The bus stop to the city centre is right outside the apartment so very easy to go around the city.
The only negative we found was that the bathroom was not very clean. There was hair on the floor and on the bin, the floor looked like it had not been washed at all, and the shower looked quiet dirty. The bathroom was...
