Excellent destination with great transport links for those not driving. A word of caution for those relying on the buses: they are not terribly reliable! Usually they are late and, as a consequence, can be very busy. Dining options down by the lake are superb, and the staff at the Sisan resort are mostly excellent.

Flights cancelled the day before our stay and the hotel moved the dates with no hassle or charges. Nice family hotel and staff was really friendly. Clean with walkable shops & restaurants. Will be back again.

1. Zimmer hatte Ameisen in jeder Ecke, bei der Rezeption reklamiert, der hat uns ausgelacht und wollte nichts unternehmen, nach langem hin und her hat er uns ein neues Zimmer gegeben. 2. Zimmer war nicht sauber, Boden klebrig, Bettwäsche nicht sauber Wieder bei der Rezeption reklamiert, Antwort vom Rezeptionisten die Putzfrau hat uns grünes Licht gegeben, ist für Ihn kein Grund nun das Zimmer wieder zu reinigen. Er wollte das Zimmer nicht kontrollieren, reinigen oder uns ein anderey Zimmer geben. Aus diesem Grund haben wir die Koffer wieder ins Auto getragen und sind nach Hause gefahren. Reinste Katastrophe und nicht zu empfehlen

Sehr schön angelegte Apartmentanlage mit Zugang zu dem angrenzenden Campingplatz Cisano. Die Anlage ist modern und sehr gepflegt. Für Kinder ist es mit den Spielplätzen und der Poollandschaft ein Traum. Die Auswahl vom Frühstück könnte erweitert werden.

Kurzurlaub mit Gardaland

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, wir haben bei der Fückreise hier zwei Nächte verbracht und das Gardaland besucht. Haben die Tickets im Hotel günstiger erhalten. Das Bett war für uns viel zu weich und unbequem, sonst sind die Zimmer sehr schön.

Unterkunft schön und neu aber die Räume waren kühl deshalb mussten wir mit den Klimaanlagen heizen was auch ging aber energetisch nicht sinnvoll ist.

Toller Familienurlaub

Ein toller Familienurlaub, sehr toller Wasserspass für Kleinkinder, Pooltiefe ungefährlich. Kleiner Kiosk für alles Wichtige (Sandwich, Eis, Getränke inkl. Spritz) an einem Pooltag direkt am Pool vorhanden. “Privater” Pool für Sisan-Bucher, da auf der Gesamtanlage auch Mobile-Homes anderer Anbieter stehen. Zugang/Nutzung wird über Armbänder kontrolliert, sehr gut. Trotz natürlich vieler Kinder ist es nicht laut auf der Anlage (außer dem üblichen Geheule ab und zu). Frühstücksausgabe dauert durch COVID-19-Hygienemassnahmen (gut eingehalten) lang, Frühstück ist ausreichend, aber nicht riesig, dafür sehr lecker. Z.B. ist das Rührei “echt” und keine “Industrieware”. Check in Geht schnell und reibungslos - sogar in der Hauptsaison. Pools, Rutschen und Unterkünfte sind sehr sauber, sehr neu, innovativ, sicher und schick. Tolle Essensmöglichkeiten in 5 Min fussläufiger Entfernung (zu empfehlen: Germano Reale, Darsena, Due Alfieri, alle direkt am See, Fisch und Pizza genial, toller Sonnenuntergang!).

Struttura nuova e bellissima. Camere grandi e spaziose con tutti i confort. Piscine stupende e molto pulite. Ristorante con menù di ottima qualità. L unica pecca è stata la colazione:disorganizzazione allo stato puro. 40 min di fila perché a causa delle norme anticovid devono servire i camerieri. Trovo assurdo che in un familyresort (prezzo per noi 430 € 2 notti- 2 adulti e un neonato), quindi un resort pensato per le famiglie, ci si debba dividere per la coda e aspettare al tavolo con un bambino che piange e magari rischiare pure di non trovare quello che si desidera. Ho chiesto il rimborso per le due colazioni scarne e scadenti ma non mi è stato accordato. Sarebbe stato un soggiorno perfetto se non fosse stato per la colazione.
