What makes a hotel? Does a building make a hotel? Or is it the staff, service, efficiency, helpfulness, willingness to serve and to help. The hotel was reasonably clean, good and attractive in appearance, and a reasonably priced restaurant with good food.But I would argue that it is the staff that makes a hotel — a staff that ensures the comfort of its guests, a staff that surprises its guests with good treatment any that helps its guests accomplish their purpose during their stay. In this regard I mention people like Vijay Yadav, Kanhaya Tiwari, and very special kudos to Aditya Mishra, an unassuming, friendly, likable, efficient, and helpful person who goes out of his way to help you and follows up at every stage of your activities to make sure things are going well for you.
