The place was good, in a central and good location, and comfortable with a mini fridge which was handy for storing baby milk and snacks. Check in was challenging and at one point we lost access to the room - took 10min to get hold of the company over the phone. Once in contact they manage to get us in ok.

This was a great find and I’m glad I booked the room. It is right off a major thoroughfare for foot traffic, providing shopping and food options. It is only about a 10-15 minute walk from the Bari C.le train station. Very convenient location to get to the centro storico, the harbor, and so many things a tourist would want to see. The room was nice. Just enough as a needed place to see. The bathroom was nice. And the room had a balcony. I rate this hotel very high. The only reason I did not rate staff as a 5 is only because I did not see any staff. It is a hotel with a unique check-in procedure online. No reception lobby. Check-in is managed on a wifi enabled phone. Had I met (or needed) any staff I am sure they would have been most helpful.

Very well situated for the old town, restaurants, bars and arrival at the station. Note that there are two stations fairly close one for the airport, another for most of the local tourist sites. The entrance procedure turned out to be simple by following the instructions and the badge for subsequent entry is practical. Even so it's not completely reassuring to have no-one around. The weak point are the windows that not only are not double glazed but don't shut completely so that with close disco music its not possible to sleep easily. After about midnight it goes quiet and no problem sleeping after. There is nowhere to leave your case free when leaving. A good indication in the room how to do this with a luggage company, reserve in advance and then leave your luggage in a bar close to the station, it works well. Other good points the room is clean, and is serviced every day. I found changing all the towels every day not necessary, pity that there is not the system in other hotels to protect a little the environment and only change towels on the floor. Polite and kind staff when you contact on the telephone. Very large TV but who would want to watch when in such a lovely town would have been better to invest in the windows.

perfect location, and excellent room

Came to Bari to see where my great grandmother was born and grew up. This place was great. great location. Loved that the shower was big enough. I have stayed at a few other hotels in Italy before visiting Bari and all were so tiny. It is nice to be able to move around in the shower lol. I would definitely stay at Suite & Chic again.

Check-in was very complicated, we couldnt enter the room since we got wrong data for entrance. There is no possibility to store luggage in the apartment, this needs to be brought to the office which is only open untill 1 pm. The room was dirty, we did not feel comfortable at all. During the night is was very loud.

Didn’t even get checked the office they said was open daily was closed when we went during their designated hours and we weren’t contacted like it says by any emails. When trying to contact the hotel no one responded. It is a complete scam.

Non existent service , 48hr advance book only

This was seen as a last minute deal on hotels.com; the issue with Expedia owned companies is NONE of them mention or show there’s a 48 hr window due to new regulations , so last minute bookings are non existent the company can deny entry if under this window and hotels.Com gets your $ I saw this last minute booking and was four blocks - office closed at 7 I arrived at 630 there was no office and nobody answered the phone until after 7 despite 7 calls before 1900z.. only to tell me don’t call after 1900 .. horrible experience hotels .com was no help in end - they decided it was my fault for last minute booking when they advertised it - all I can speak to is the poor customer service of the hotel As there was none and apparently remote only customer service no keys no passes all video controlled

We moesten op een andere locatie inchecken en daardoor nog 15 min naar het appartement lopen. Uiteindelijk wel duidelijke uitleg gekregen hoe in te checken. Hotel ziet er verouderd uit en buitenkant van gebouw was niet heel zichtbaar. Midden in het nieuwere stadsdeel. Alles goed op loopafstand te doen! Makkelijk contact te krijgen met personeel.

Al mio arrivo, piatto doccia invaso di acque reflue ed escrementi. Nessuna assistenza sul posto. Avviso per telefono la responsabile, che senza neppure scusarsi propone sistemazioni alternative ad altri indirizzi, lasciando intendere che non provvederà a rimborsare la somma già pagata. Scandaloso e indegno di un paese come l’Italia.

Molto deluso e infastidito. Impensabile mettere a disposizione una camera con bagno cieco senza neppure aspirazione forzata con pompe di scarico acqua rumorosissime, siamo stati svegliati presto dalla pompa della stanza vicina. Niente mensola in bagno e cavo dell’asciugacapelli pizzicato nella scatola elettrica che resta aperta vicino al lavandino, molto pericoloso. I serramenti erano vecchissimi, pareva di stare in strada, maniglie rotte e isolamento acustico nullo. Tapparelle impossibili da chiudere poiché non scorrevano nelle guide inondando la camera di luce la mattina. Armadio microscopico, ok per un weekend ma nulla di più. Posizione ok comoda al centro, parcheggio auto impossibile, sistema remoto di apertura porte difettoso. Telecomando tv non funzionante. Frigorifero appoggiato su un tavolino, rumorosissimo e infatti spento, peraltro tutto alimentato con una ciabatta appoggiata sul tavolo (senza sedia) Asciugamani bidet assenti. Check in altrove rispetto alla struttura. Non vale di certo il prezzo richiesto.

Camera ampia così come da foto. La location è ottima, la reception sebbene decentrata, è sempre reperibile via whatsapp e telefono. Mancano alcune piccole comodità per rendere il soggiorno perfetto: una mensola per appoggiare i prodotti in bagno, un armadio più capiente, un tavolino fra le due poltrone. Da rifare gli infissi, si sentono tutti i rumori della strada

La presenza di mini blatte ed altri insetti non dovrebbe essere esistente in Italia nel 2023, uno schifo, scomodo, difficile per entrare, se hai telefono scarico resti fuori per sempre. UNA TRUFFA !!

Chiaramente orientato ad avere il cliente che serve l'hotel invece del contrario. Il sistema di accesso Vikey è concepito solamente per evitare di avere qualcuno alla reception ed è poco user friendly. Ho dovuto fare un economy run di batteria per poter arrivare davanti alla porta e aprirla, ovviamente dopo avere avuto l'accesso negato la prima volta. Poi ho trovato una camera triste e ben diversa dalle fotografie, con una finestra piccola e decentrata, con la televisione che non funzionava e un rebus per poter trovare l'accesso al Wi-Fi. Il numero indicato per il servizio clienti risponde in maniera episodica e con un'attenzione al meglio modesta. Ti invitano a lasciare la stanza entro le 10 offrendoti di tenere i bagagli nel loro ufficio facendoti pagare un giorno intero (+ assicurazione obbligatoria) anche se li depositi solamente per un paio d'ore prima di ripartire. Nessuna indicazione su come fare colazione. L'unico tratto umano è quello delle signore che si occupano delle stanze, sono gentili e competenti e mantengono al meglio le camere. Punti positivi sono il bagno ampio, la posizione a due passi dal Petruzzelli e i tanti ristoranti di ottimo livello a pochi minuti a piedi.
