“Great communication from the owner prior to arrival with details of local places to visit and eat. Lovely welcome on arrival. Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious and the surroundings were beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely return and would highly recommend.”

“Room was clean. Plenty of space, living area, bathroom and kitchen appliances (washer and Stove). Staff were very helpful, polite and assisted with luggage on arrival. “We just stayed one nught for a weekend event in Clitheroe and it was perfect! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Loads of free onsight parking and staff very helpful. We ate an evening meal and breakfast and everything was really nice. The only think that would have topped it off would be a bar open in the evening. Would definately stay again and recommend.”
