“Cleanliness: Very clean room, hotel, and bathroom. Staff: We came in around 8pm hoping to check in and go to bed but weren't seen by anyone for at least 15 minutes. There was a woman working with long red hair at the counter that was on the phone chatting the entire time. It was very unprofessional and I would have appreciated her signaling us to sit down indicating that it would take a bit of time. Staff in the morning was kind and made extra coffee after we ran out. “Great check in experience, lady operating the desk was very pleasant and kind. Answered all questions, very helpful. Room essentially clean except a small beige residue noted where shower stationary glass met the fiberglass threshold, about 6 inches by 2 inches in size. Also sheet on my bed had pilling of the cotton sheet in an area near head of bed, but other traveler had no problems with their bed in the room. Breakfast was good and temperature thru out hotel was comfortable. ”

“The Atwell was a pleasant surprise. I had not heard of this brand before, but it was a newer place. It had everything you needed and very comfortable rooms with all the general amenities. It is a great value for the price, especially with the airport shuttle service and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance as well. For a budget hotel, Two thumbs up.”
