Staff were wonderful, the room was basic! The parking lot unfortunately is a homeless camp! They allow a lot of people not staying at the hotel in and out. Several times we found that the side door was propped open with a rock. Not very safe!!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. This was an older property, and in need of a lot of maintenance in my particular room, specifically the bathroom. That being said, there were plenty of clean towels and hot water. For the price and proximity to where I needed to be, it was a bargain. Large, lighted parking lot, the room was quiet, but then there was no vending on the floors, just ICE. No coffee in the room, or available except for purchase at breakfast. I'd give it an overall "fair".

The advertising for this property is very misleading. The area of the hotel is industrial and the property itself is unwelcoming. We checked in but once we saw the room and the overall condition of the hotel, we left and booked somewhere else. It's a very run down place with some fresh quick upgrades around. If you want a clean, comfy, safe feeling hotel do not book here. The 2 ladies at the front desk were very friendly, the pool looked nice outside and the bed sheets looked clean. But overall it felt like an old run down place with some new tiles. Its also in a area that doesn't have close access to a corner store, coffee shops or restaurants. If you don't need much from a hotel the price is good.

Checkin was good, the ladies were friendly. When we came back to the hotel for the night we went to our room. TV didn't work, no cups in the room to drink water, the safety latch didn't work (took video of it). We called down to the front desk NO ANSWER!! Let it ring 45 times NO ANSWER!!! DIRTY BATHROOM!! NO CUPS TO DRINK A GLASS OF WATER!! TV DIDN'T WORK!! YELLOW ROUND STAINS ON THE SHEETS!! SECURITY LATCH ON DOOR DIDN'T LATCH!! CALLED DOWN TO FRONT DESK AND LET IT RING 45-50 TIMES NO ANSWER!! HALLWAY CARPET FREAK'N DIRTY, ELEVATOR WAS GROSS!!! DON'T BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS!!!!
