"Location was great and easy to find. You're in the city centre and everything is walking distance. A/C was important to us and they had it in the bedroom and living room. The bed was super uncomfortable and would sink during the night which would be our only complaint. I think if the mattress was changed it would be 5 stars. "Very friendly, welcoming staff. Lobby was spacious with lots of seating for guests while waiting for cocktails from the bar or while waiting to be seated to eat a meal in the on-site restaurant. The amenities were ample and easily accessible to the guests. The property was close to the airport, but in a noisy, dirty, unsafe industrial area. It was not conducive for walking into town or anywhere else. Perhaps a free or very affordable hotel shuttle service for hotel guests to and from the airport would help? 😎"

"The hotel is in a gem of a location! We travelled by public transport & on arriving from airport it was a 10 minute walk from train station Bus station equally close & bus stop for Poetta beach across the way. We successfully travelled to Pula, Nora, Villasimius and San Sperate all on the bus. Should add when time to go home, hotel arranged taxi to airport at a cost to us of 30 euros The Hotel entrance is tucked away on side street & outside is nice pizza place, brilliant bar & the best ice cream parlour ever! Staff at the hotel very nice. Breakfast is as you would expect. Our room was on 3rd floor overlooking street & harbour. Street is busy but no road noise when window closed & aircon works a treat! Very happy with our stay at Hotel Aristeo"

"The Best Hotel Residence Italia is a great option if you're planning on visiting Cagliari and Quartu Sant Elena, or even for a stop over before moving on to other places in sout east Sardinia. It's super close to the Poetto beach, you can either walk there (15 minutes) and see the beatiful flamingos in the lagoon or take a bus (bus stop across the street) and get there in less than 3 minutes. The hotel is modern and clean. Our room was spacious and spotless as well as super quiet. There are many didining options within walking distance, and the breakfast buffet was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back :) "
