Good budget hotel very clean

Good hotel near bus station. Lovely staff, very helpful. Restaurant wasnt open so they suggested delivery. Very clean and safe rooms. No English speaking tv and no hot water, didnt bother us at all. Breakfast was simple but again staff were lovely. The hotel organised a driver and car for us to go yo cartagena. Excellent service.

The hotel was clean enough and comfortable beds. No hot water and not the most safe part of town. Our cab driver was surprised we would stay in that part of town. They did, however, have overnight parking behind a gate for when we got our rental car. Very loud honking trucks and buses starting about 5 am. Staff was very nice.

Buen hotel en pésimo sector

El hotel está bien, limpio y bien ubicado respecto a la terminal. Lo negativo es el sector, no piense en salir a comer o a caminar sin sentir que lo van a robar. El hotel es como para llegar a dormir y punto.

Muy buen hotel, ubicación un poco insegura.

Habitación cómoda al igual que las instalaciones, personal muy amable y atento, lo único por mejorar sería que ingresan a las habitaciones así esté el aviso de no molestar, nos pasó 2 veces, adicional tener cuidado a las afueras, esta ubicado en un sector peligroso, nos intentaron robar a unas cuadras, salir solo en uber preferiblemente por seguridad.
