You'll love the pool.

Service at front desk slow but friendly and a lovely cool drink was welcomed after the drive. Room a bit musty. Smelled musty. Not quite moldy. The night ckerk at front desk had a very loud voice and woke me twice. Once at desk and another time when he loudly showed people to their room. Pool is great. Breakfast very nice. Overall it was pleasant

La persona con la cual hicimos el check in fue muy amable, pero la persona con la cual hicimos el check out no tiene ni idea de servicio al cliente. De hecho, fue necesario llamar al gerente para resolver algo que era muy simple.

Mixed feelings

The stay was fine but we had to pay 80,000 COP (27€) for losing the key! Of course it is our own fault and we were ready to pay a fine but 80,000 for a key is out of bounds. When I asked for the terms where this amount exactly was stated they couldn't show me. Had to leave for my flight and paid it but very unhappy with how the manager reacted. This kind of downgraded our feeling of the hotel, which was satisfactory until this.

Me fue excelente...El único detalle es que yo estoy acostumbrado a comprar tiquetes y a reservar hoteles en Bogota, Medellin , Bucaramanga y el precio que me dan en la factura que me mandan al correo es el mismo que cancelo al presentarme , pero en este hotel no fue así, me toco cancelar un incremento.

Buon hotel ma servirebbe più attenzione

La zona del Prado è buona, non particolarmente trafficata, anche se lontana dal centro. Hotel di buon livello con colazione varia e personale gentile. Stanza matrimoniale uso singolo, ampia e con balcone, buon wifi e canali tv, ottima aria condizionata. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Purtroppo ultima notte disastrosa, ragazzi stanza vicina non mi han lasciato chiudere occhio con musica alta sul balcone fino al mattino. Alle 5:00 me ne son andato, prima del previsto.
