"Very disappointing stay. The second we get in, our room smells bad, there’s a dead cockroach and then another one alive in the bathroom. The couch is broken, the room is super old. So much noise in the corridors…. Staff weren’t helpful whatsoever and just said we can speak to the manager when he’s here the next day. I can’t believe this is a 4 star hotel, I would easily give it 2 stars. Even the reception is in such a bad state, not sure how this is the front facing image of Radisson blue."

"Probably the best Ibis I’ve stayed in. Comfortable bed, clean shower. Desk staff were good. There was a problem getting a shuttle. The phone number to the front desk and the number that was supposed to be used to call shuttle rang and rang without pickup. It took about 30 minutes of calling to get someone to answer. Once they did it only took 4 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. We did have a surly server who didn’t want to serve us…. Weird"

"Air conditioning didn’t work. We complained and later we were told that they hadn’t yet changed from heat to air conditioning. It was 30C. The « sitting room » got full sun and even with blackout shades it was hot! We closed the door and opened our bedroom window. But construction just outside was unbearable during the day so we couldn’t leave it open. We had paid for three days in advance but we left after two. I asked for a refund for the one day we didn’t stay but was denied. Instead I was offered one free night in the coming year. Of course we were leaving Portugal so not helpful."

"This is a hidden gem of a hotel while it’s not close to many of the attractions that you want to see in Lisbon. It is a great headquarters to come to and back after a long day on excursions. While I was only there for my last day before my airport trip, I would recommend coming back there and making that the central location for your stay and using rideshare to get to your destinations. It’s a place to call it a day with a pool and unique vibe. Obrigado"

"This property was one that I was so excited to stay in and it did not disappoint. It had so much character and felt like we were staying in a gem in Portugal the views and the peaceful Setting was the perfect place to stay on our first night in Portugal I highly recommend staying here and you would never be disappointed."
