Reception staff was awesome. Francisco greeted us and check us in and was so helpful. Even tried to get us information via his personal phone ahead of time to ensure we could get our car into the city center. If I come back to Central, I am 100% staying at this property again.

Location Location Location

Centrally located next to the palace and shopping. Although the roads in that part of town are narrow and difficult to navigate, the on-site parking and close in location made it a perfect stop after a long day of travel. Would stay there again…maybe stay more than one night and explore Sintra more.

Perfect experience here! The staff were professional and helpful. The room was fresh, modern, immaculate. Bedding was super comfy. Decor and lobby were modern and gracious. The breakfast was amazing. And the location can't be beat. Right across from the palace with a view into town, close to every restaurant and sight. I liked it so much we extended our stay. Definitely will be back!
