“Honestly i would have given it 5 stars if the front desk lady Natasza didn’t almost charge us for someone else’s stay.. We went for one night as a staycation. The food was good. The pool was fun and we got a top floor room that had a grate view of the lake. But at check out the manager said we stayed 2 nights when we did not. And she was very persistent, like i don’t know how long i stayed lol but at the end of it she said sorry and we moved on with our day. It was a very fun day for my 2 and 4...

“Those two Hispanic ladies at the front desk were not professional and kind. I booked the king bed/ high floor, but one girl lied that they do not have a room. After I checked the room, I complained about getting two single beds, and then she finally said, "I have a king bed room but the low floor" I do not understand why she lied first and then acted like she finally helped me. I have been to many hotels, this one has the worst service. The hotel itself was good by the way”
