“Nous avions beaucoup hésité avant de réserver car il était situé un peu loin de notre destination. Nous n’avions pas eu vraiment le choix, les autres logements ne nous convenaient pas. "I have been traveling over 50 days and holiday park is always my no.1 option. However, the experience in Grey mouth seaside holiday park was terrible. The bed sheets were disgusting and no kitchen brushes at all in the commual kitchen. No clean cloth or rugs to wipe out sink, too. Recycling bin was far away from the kitchen and people had to put everything in the general waste. What the worst is that, the top10 membership benefit is not available. They asked extra payment to use fun bikes and other facilities. They said we should sign up at their office to use the membership benefit. When I ask why their policy is different from other top 10 holiday parks, they said it is because private owned. Then why is it a top 10 member when they do not follow policy? Everyone joins the membership when they make booking online. Why do they introduce people to sign up on their office? They should be less profit - oriented, not treating people as travellers who would not come back again. I felt not welcome at all."
