"Great food and dtaff comfy rooms not that upgraded but nice it was off season for pool so no service at pool and a resort fee per day i think if your staying there they should not add resort fees wont be going back to vegas for that reason."

"It wasn’t horrible but the bathroom was pretty gross and the shower was clogged. There was a horrible smell throughout the entire property one plus is we had a fridge in our room so we were able to bring extra things for the stay. "

"We love staying at Cancun. Check in was not great this time. We were supposed to be able to get in at 4pm, but our room was not ready until almost 7pm. Besides the fact that you are expected to pay for the full day, we had plan that evening and it really messed up time spent with family. Other than that it was a great stay, the staff is alway helpful and nice to deal with. "

The only thing I would change is the berkley doesn’t offer room turnover until after 8 days, and being on vacation I don’t want to take time to do the laundry and make the bed.
