"ALL of the staff were friendly and so accomodating. I really loved that they opened a line of communication via text the day before my reservation. The hotel itself has just gone through a renovation and wow, they did an amazing job! The lobby is nice, open, and organized with a friendly staff member at the desk. The new games room is incredible! It is a huge lounge full of comfortable chairs and a bunch of tables. They have board games you can play, a fooseball table, and 2 arcade games, all in amazing condition. They also have a mini stick mini arena!!! I have never seen anything like it - also in perfect condition. The pool is a good size, nice and deep, not too cold, with a surprisingly fast waterslide!!!! I loved that the hot tub was actually quite hot. Every single space in this hotel is immaculately clean; the room was no exception. The renos really updated the room and made it feel like I was in a fancier downtown city hotel. The bed is beyond comfortable, the TV is huge with tons of channels, the kitchen area has a big mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. I loved all the counter space in the bathroom and all the towels you get. The climate control worked very well, too. We made it down to breakfast with only 10 minutes left and it was still fully stocked with hot food and tons of other breakfast food choices. This hotel had lots to keep us entertained, the staff were incredible, and every inch of the hotel was immaculately clean."
