A great stay.

We had a great stay, good room with comfy bed and pillows. It is an open shower with no door or curtain, so the floor/bath mat outside the shower gets soaked, no matter how careful you are. The garage is very tight to get in and out, and the slope doesn't help but if you can't find free parking close by, it is a safe option at €10 per night. The staff are friendly and helpful. The city centre is an easy, pleasant 15 min walk. There is also an excellent restaurant at the marina, across from the hotel.

Hotel is great, clean, friendly staff - and nice pool at the top - also close to restaurants and a nice walk seeing the sights on the way to the old port

This hotel is directly across the street from the port so it is very convenient but of course there is a port across the street. It was clean and checkin was easy.

Only spent one night at this hotel but have only great things to stay about it. Front desk staff was able to check us in a little early. The rooftop pool is clean and a nice to have on a hot day. Lots to do in walking distance, restaurants, shops, sight seeing etc. Rooms were clean and the hotel restaurant has friendly staff and well priced meals.

I’d requested a room with 2 single beds for a father and son in our group. The hotel reserved a double bed. Their solution was to suggest charging us extra for a room with 2 beds. Despite a long negotiation, the receptionist insisted it would be an extra Euro50. No flexibility shown.

Hard to believe it is only a three star hotel. Finest building in city? Nice pool even though it sometimes could be a bit warmer. Helpful staff incl borrow of a tool to fix suitcase. Really recommend this if going to Bastia

Amazing hotel!

I stayed here for a week with my 1-year old baby, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The hotel is located very nicely, right next to the harbor, with walking distance to all of the main attractions in Bastia. The rooms are big and clean. Amazing breakfast. It costs 14 euros, but you get so much; all different kinds of cereal, bread, crepes, different milk types, eggs, lovely coffee and much more. It was a real highlight of my stay. Those who hired the staff did a great job, they are exceptionally welcoming, attentive and professional. They were understanding and helped with whatever you needed. This hotel gives you great value for money, compared to other places the prices are great, and even so- the amenities were that of a luxury hotel. 3-star hotel? I would say 4-5. This hotel has children's beds! And different chairs suitable for babies and toddlers. Thank you for a wonderful stay

It’s been actually pretty bad. I’ve been stuck in the elevator which was scary as the call for help button and speaker didn’t work. It was only a man shouting on the other side trying to get in who alerted a staff member when I called for help. The man eventually came through the speaker giving instructions in French, not very helpful, and then didn’t alert me to when the lift would start again. The tv has no English channels and the internet drops out every 20 seconds, so you can’t watch anything on your phone screen either. It didn’t connect well even on the first floor in the gym either (my room was on the 5th). I discovered after getting out of the lift and telling the male receptionist (who didn’t seem to care) that there was also no food as it’s a Sunday, and only a small overpriced supermarket might be available. Lunch and dinner was a large bag of crisps. Not even a sandwich provided to guests, when they presumably know things are closed on a Sunday. Unfortunately I was unaware until it’s too late. I would certainly want a refund for getting stuck in the lift. The room was clean.

Préférez une chambre coté montagne car coté mer, l hôtel étant situé au bord d’un rond point, il y a plus de bruit. Le personnel est très sympatique. Petit bémol: nous avons dû demander que le ménage de la chambre soit fait régulièrement sinon
