“It IS Louisiana so my expectations were not high. There was a roach in the midnight hour so we took our bags between days. Kinda trappish out there but it was a cool room for an emergency trip and better than nothing in a pinch. As a traveler though, you want to avoid insects but those corners were not clean. “Surprisingly nice facility for the price. This cost much less than everything else in the area and l didn’t expect much, but was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. No real amenities but none expected either. Property has some age on it but kept up pretty well. Walks are pretty thin so good ear plugs are worth having. Would stay again.”

“The hotel was great. Seems like a new property. I really had no complaints ab this hotel. There’s new hotels coming up in this area. There is a sketchy hotel close by but it was on the opposite side of the parking lot so it didn’t bother us much but that was our view from our hotel room. We didn’t have breakfast. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and quiet. I’d stay here again. ”

“This was a terrible stay. When you enter staff is outside smoking while sitting right by entrance door. Rooms had mold, was not properly cleaned, only 1 towl and everything just old. Requested to be moved to another room, employee got an attitude. Second room not much better. Ac would not shut off, bathroom fan didn't work, no liner on shower curtain, several outlets didn't work. “I’ll start off this review by saying that the check-in process and the people were so friendly and so nice. The hotel itself is an OK condition though there is some construction going on. When I got to our room, however, I noticed that one of the windows had been left open. I struggled to close it completely. The hotel is so close to the interstate that we did not get a quiet or comfortable night sleep the car noise went on all night”
