Beds are comfortable, room is clean. When you want your room made up just put the sign on the door handle. Daily room service is not automatic. “Knutes är inte ett hotell utan en uthyrning av rum. Rum och duschrum är fina och välstädade men små. Problemet är att man kan inte kommunicera med personalen de saknar mobiltelefon. Dessutom är frukosten ingen frukost. Det finns frysta brödskivor, billig ost och smör samt kaffe och te. Inget annat. ”
