Great place and handy position

Very good for the price better than most hotels in batam breakfast could be a bit better for westerners but in all fairness good is not expensive and plentiful around the area good WiFi which now days is very important thank you see you again in the future

Affordable hotel with comfortable room (Deluxe Studio Suite). However the kitchen does not come with basic cutleries like plates, bowls, fork, spoon, knife, etc. we had to borrow from the restaurant. The electric stove is useful but the conventional oven should be changed to a microwave oven.

Good distance from ferry terminal but property is very old. The shower sprays the entire toilet because there's a leak upwards. The bathroom ceiling has a big glorious patch of black mould.
