"Great stay for families. Kids club could have a bit more inside but fantastic playground. A la carte options at restaurant would be the only main thing to add otherwise fantastic renovation and vacation spot. We will visit again. "

"Ideal getaway destination for a relaxing vacation. The accommodation and hotel grounds were beautiful and atmospheric. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. The spa experience was luxurious and tranquil. Sumptuous breakfast buffet with a wealth of options. Overall it was an amazing stay! "

One of my most relaxing holidays

"The staff at Four Points in Bintan are the most welcoming, cheerful and helpful people I have met, never experienced something like this in my life. The hotel is a great place to relax: one can swim at the pool, walk by the beach, have drinks at the pool bar or exercise at the gym. Perfect to switch off for a few days. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is also great, one probably needs weeks to try all the options; make sure you include when booking. Overall, highly recommended."

"We were genuinely surprised how highly tech the hotel was. Modern and cleaned. Conveniently located with grand batam mall right beside it. You are able to walk to the mall with the linkage shared between the hotel and mall with no issue. If you have a big family, hotel rooms can be linked with doors in between the rooms."
