I would say the best resort in Bintan, you have 2 pools to use, and it’s in the cove so the water is extremely calm. The staffs are very friendly and the room itself is new! Best bed to sleep in! They even have movie nights on Sunday with free popcorn and 50% discount on food and drinks by the bar during happy hour. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about the Cassia, the rooms were spotless and spacious with a lovely living area. The beachfront location was gorgeous, sandy white beach and the beautiful pool looking out to sea. Breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. You can use the facilities at the other hotels within the group and we had dinner at Treetops at the Banyan Tree one evening which added to the experience. We went midweek so it was very relaxed and peaceful. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked quad bikes, paddle boards and a mangrove boat trip and had great fun. Would thoroughly recommend Cassia.

Lovely place to recharge after a busy trip! All staff were amazing- so friendly and helpful! Organized a car and driver through Cassia so we could have a day sightseeing. That was fab too: Definitely cant wait to come back and stay again!!
