I was traveling with a 5 months old baby, 20 months old toddler, 9 year old kid & 2 adults with 2 rooms with connected door. During 1st night had saw some ants crawling around toilet basin, so didn’t think much. Till the next morning I was very disappointed when I saw there’s lots of ants in one of the room toilet, bar counter & bedside cabinet. Other than this ants issue, the rest are still considered pleasant. Like breakfast buffet, room service food, pool & service from the hotel staffs. Hope the hotel can do something regarding the ant infestation. Thank you.

The only thing I liked was the location. It was extremely convenient. Room reeked of mould odour and the place was filled with stains. Look at the photos of the basin and bath tub. The carpet probably contributed to most of the musty smell. You should really remove carpets in locations that are high in humidity. It is not sensible at all to continue using those ancient carpets. The spa inside the hotel was the worst we’ve experienced at that price point. Avoid at all cost. So if you only need the hotel for sleep at night and don’t plan to spend any time inside the hotel, it’s fine for the location. But if you want a decent stay, avoid this place. Also, the employees at the front desks lack proactively in correcting problems experienced by customers. Their English is fine but their service attitude is poor.
