Disgusting

I’ve never stayed somewhere that even looking at it just made me feel dirty. The rooms were not cleaned.

As soon as I checked in, I checked right out and requested a full refund of my money. The room was nasty, it had roaches and bed bugs!! The hotel also had a moldy type of order. So I went and stayed at another hotel.

The hotel was ok. The sink was stopped up. The toiletries wasn’t on point. But my overall stay was ok.

I am amazed at how nice the front desk person was. Even if he was alone, he was trying his best to accommodate and be respectful. The only thing I didn’t like was the kind of soap, shampoo and towels they had. I couldn’t even wash my hands with the soap. And the towels hurts on the skin.

I really like the space to park lots of safe space. Every thing in my room is great except I would had liked a better mattress to sleep on. I do appreciate everything else.

The hallways smelled. There was no light bulbs in the bathroom. We had to ask for a light bulb. There was no table in the room to sit and eat at. The soap was so old, it would not lather. The towels were so thin bare, they were like sand paper! The air conditioner wouldn't stay on, so the room was hot.

Please please check before staying here!

As entering it was extremely hot through out the whole hotel! I had to ring the bell multiple times to get someone to check in. He was asleep! Once we entered the room, it was so hot my eyes were hurting. The tv did not work and when called the front desk we were told to fix it ourselves by undoing the cords and plug them back in. The hair dryer had pieces hanging from the end of cord. NOT SAFE! At 8am the maid entered our room with us in there, check out is at 11am. No we will not return.

Spend a little extra and go elsewhere

Entire Hotel has a horrible smell, No one was managing the front desk to account for check ins, furniture in the room was in disrepair and looked like it was able to fall apart. The towels in the bathroom were poor quality and actually soiled. The shower enclosure had mold growing in corners and around sealant. The entire place left us wanting nothing more than to get out as quickly as possible.

Good for the price

It was good enough for the money.. People out the back door were smoking pot. They were quiet and didn't bother anyone. Sheets were clean, but not too sure about the blankets. I threw them off the bed..Will bring my own if I return to the area..I felt safe and the employees were really nice. They had a few things out at breakfast.. I did not have anything.. Room was large and bathroom was clean. Everything worked.. TV, microwave, iron.. I would go back..

Poor Cleanliness, Outdated

Cleaniless can be wayyy better. The sheets had stains and the toilet top was too small for the toilet. There was no tissue in the bathroom and the remote didn’t work for the television and just overall Outdated. I definitely will not stay again! One of the worst hotels I’ve been to...

I stay at this property several times I was very disappointed this visit the bathroom had mold around the tub and the shower that could’ve been wiped away with the tile as I did so. I mentioned this to the front desk the next morning and was assured that with me taken care of on that day is clean. Upon returning to the hotel That evening again the bathroom had not been cleaned soap from the previous guest was still in the shower the molding not been wiped away. Upon check out the next morning I mentioned it to the front desk again who assured me that the manager would call me yet it took me calling the manager to get it taken care that evening again the bathroom had not been cleaned soap from the previous guest was still in the shower the mold not been wiped away. When I asked manager for some type of compensation,I was told on my next visit I would be giving a discount. If this is the kind of response that a dissatisfied customer gets I doubt that I’ll be staying there again even though this property is the most convenient to my office.

Hotel was close to the disc golf course.

Reasonably priced for the area. They have cameras on the parking lot, which is important to me. Friendly staff. Room a bit outdated, but comfortable. I will stay again.
