"The staff was very kind. The room I stayed in smelled sour like possibly the air filter had not been changed for a long time. The carpet, upholstery, and linens for the room all need to be replaced in the near future."

"Casino action was very good. House-keeping didn’t answer phone, and front desk never fully responded to my request. I had booked a room for 4 adults, got to room to find 3 towels, called housekeeping, no answer, called front desk..took 3 minutes to answer phone, I requested 2 more towels, and none never showed up. "The room, upon entering, was 59° and felt frigid. Had to turn the heat on. The curtains were in disrepair — shredding sheers and blackout drapes. The bathroom sink was clogged. No lotion. One place setting of utensils. Breakfast had spoons only. No eggs or oatmeal or waffles available. Grits were thick. Egg omelets came out later."

"Clean but dated rooms. Bathtubs need replacing. The fitness room had one working treadmill and was on the small side. Several people came in and left disappointed while I was there."

"Comfortable, quiet, staff was great. Ten dollar breakfast was worth it. The only downside was the AC didn’t work all that well. Took hours to cool room down. Bathroom was well lit for putting on makeup. No electrical outlet to plugin in my iPad while in bed — thank goodness I carry extension cords."
