"PLEASE do not book this motel. There was a roach in the room, the bed and carpet smelled like urine. The mattresses had urine stains on it and there was no working detector in the room. We had to spray it air freshener and get fabric refresher sheets to place on the floor and under the sheets. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. The front desk had to look for everything that we asked for. When we complained about the smell, they never suggested to change our room twice when we complained and when they did ask by the manager we were leaving the next day. So the manager is supposed to comp me 20% off on my bill. We were scared to switch to another room because we didn’t want to have a repeat. The room also smelled like cigarettes and there were burn marks on the sheets, pillowcases, and covers. The floor mat for the bathroom to step on after your bath was dirty. "

"The building itself, as soon as you opened the door, was a horrible smell. The hallways hadn't been vacuumed in Lord only knows how long. The room wasn't clean. The floor hadn't been swept or mop. There was something sticky all over the floor, the headboard and the nightstands. Room was rented for 2 adults, 1 towel was left and no wash clothes. "

"Stayed February 21–23, 2026. Booked through Expedia for $273.58(two nights, pay at property). Hotel placed a $360 hold at check-in. After checkout, I received a call claiming my card declined and additional charges were being attempted. A separate $164.57 charge was processed that did not clearly align with my reservation total. I also received incorrect checkout emails, including one dated after I had already checked out. Staff provided conflicting billing explanations. Room conditions were unacceptable visible mold, ripped carpet, and dirty bedding. Disappointing experience for a Marriott branded property."
