โIt is a terrible area, with constant traffic, and roads always closed. As for the apartment itself, it was poorly cleaned, and dusty, especially under the beds. Lots of other people's hair on the floor. Dirty floors. The reception staff was very friendly and kind. โ
โI had a wonderful experience, but the only problem in whole Batumi the parking place and I didnโt know that the hotel doesnโt have a parking spot โ
โGreat apart-hotel..staff are helpful, rooms are big and spacious, location is convenient to walk almost everywhere, views are great if you take a higher room. Didn't try breakfast, so can't comment on that. Only downside is the wait time on elevators, other than that , overall a good stay, and would stay there again in future.โ
โNice location: close to the beach, there are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants.
There is a closed sweaming pool with sauna.

โIt was a pleasant stay. The apart hotel is on the top floors of a new higj rise building. You can find a comfortable bed, quiet, spacious room with a nice sea view and generous breakfast for an affordable price. The receptionists were polite and helpful.
In short, I can easily reccomend it. My only criticism may be the faint odour probably because of smoking. It was not overpowering, but if your are nonsmokers ask a nonsmoking room before your stay.โ
โThe staff at the hotel was beyond courteous I have no complaints. Everything beyond exceeded my expectations I was super happy with the stay and I am currently booking another trip just to go back for next year.โ
