The rooms were lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the casino customers had a habit of shouting down the hotel corridors at 2, 3 and 4 in the morning.

Closeness to everything, safety, cleanliness of the property, spaciousness of the room, view of Europe Square, courteousness of the staff and the buffet breakfast was amazing. We will be a resident of Batumi as a foreigner but for sure will stay again to unwind. Thanks Wyndham!

Otel büyük ve rahat odalar ferah. Fakat şöyle bir durum var çalışanların çoğu kaba. Bir örnek vereyim resepsiyonda kâğıdı adımı yazıyorum bellboy geliyor. Kâğıda bakıyor ingilizce bilmediğimi falan sandı sanırım. This is really funny name dedi. Üstünde durmadım fakat otel için kötü bir izlenim.

Konum olarak çok iyi. Otel temiz ,kahvaltı vasat personel iyi ama kumarhane tarafı çok kötü ilgi alaka sıfır. Sipariş veriyorsun getirmiyorlar 1 saat sonra tekrar istiyorsun 40 dk sonra getiriyorlar. Soru sorun mazallah azarlıyorlar.

Oteli konumu nedeni ile tercih ettim.Eurupen Piazza yanında. Her yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Yastıkları rahat değil. Hemen dümdüz olup sert bir hale dönüyor. Hafta sonu , teras barda canli müziğe denk gelirseniz ses aşağı odalara kadar geliyor. Açık büfe kahvaltısı gayet iyi ve tam Türk usulü. Resepsiyon görevlileri ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Temizlik iyi.

הגענו מוקדם ב 12:00 , קיבלו אותנו יפה ובמהירות. קיבלנו 3 חדרים, מתוכם אחד היה מעולה ושניים טובים מאוד. ביום האחרון היתה תקלה במיזוג בכל המלון ועקב כך היה ריח של שריפה במלון במשך כל היום.

Beautiful room and views. But smoking hotel

What I loved: beautiful decoration, comfortable bed, very spacious room. Bathroom is also huge. I was in 7 floor, the views are truly beautiful from any side of hotel. Very polite people in the reception. I was allowed to do earlier checking. Wonderful swimming pool, very big, warm water. I was the only person swimming in huge pool. From the pool there are also some views. I didn't eat in the restaurant in top 15 floor, but I checked the views: gorgeous. I didn't like what hotel is called non smoking but it smells everywhere like very smoking place with bad ventilation, starting from the lobby hall and finishing in the room. I really sensible to smell of sigarets and I started to have the headache in few minutes. The windows don't have handle, so it is not possible to open the window to get some fresh air. I needed to ask few times to the girls in the reception to open the window to ventilate the room. So for sure many people are smoking in the rooms and it comes to ventilation system and at the end everyone is breathing the smoke of sigarets. Also the furniture has the smell of sigarets. This is problem for non smokers. For people who smoke this is an excellent hotel with good price for this kind of room with such a beautiful views. Other issues was a wifi connection. Strange what such a good hotel could have such a bad wifi connection.
